Starting tomorrow with “Al-Resala” .. DFI Presents “Cinema Under the Stars”

The Doha Film Institute invited its audience to join the “Cinema Under the Stars” program, which presents a bouquet of special films, delicacies, or a light suhoor during the month of Ramadan.
Through its social media website, the Doha Film Institute confirmed that it will provide its audience during Eid al-Fitr with a range of special films.
The Shows will begin next Thursday at 21:00 p.m. at Heenat Salma Farm with “Al-Resala” movie, which was produced in 1976, a huge Islamic historical dramatic work directed and produced by Mustafa Akkad to narrate the biography of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) through the perspective of his uncle Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib and Zaid bin Haritha. The film was nominated for Best Soundtrack (by Maurice Jarre) at the 50th Academy Awards.

دعت مؤسسة الدوحة للأفلام جمهورها الى الانضمام لبرنامج عروض “سينما تحت النجوم” والتي تقدم من خلالها باقة من الأفلام المميزة والمأكولات الشهية أو السحور الخفيف خلال شهر رمضان.
وأكدت مؤسسة الدوحة للأفلام من خلال موقعها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي أنها ستقدم لجمهورها خلال أيام عيد الفطر المبارك باقة من الأفلام المميزة.
تنطلق العروض يوم الخميس المقبل في الساعة 21:00 مساء في مزرعة حينة سالمة الجميلة من خلال فيلم “الرسالة” الذي تم إنتاجه في عام 1976 وهو عمل تاريخي إسلامي درامي ضخم أخرجه وأنتجه مصطفى العقاد ليروي سيرة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم من خلال منظور عمّه حمزة بن عبد المطلب وزيد بن حارثة. وقد رشح الفيلم لأفضل موسيقى تصويرية (لموريس جار) في حفل توزيع جوائز الأوسكار الخمسين.
