Minister of Education: QU Graduates Are Qualitative Addition to Labor Market

Doha: HE Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Mohammed Abdul Wahed Ali Al Hammadi affirmed that the 43rd batch (Class of 2020) of Qatar University (QU) graduates represents a qualitative addition to the labor market, which will help the state achieve the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.

In a statement today to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on the occasion of the graduation ceremony of the 43rd batch (Class of 2020) of QU students, HE Al Hammadi congratulated the graduates of the batch and their parents for their scientific achievement, wishing the new graduates a distinguished professional life in the service of their country.

HE Al Hammadi also praised the role of the faculty and administration at Qatar University, appreciating their continuous efforts that culminated in the graduation ceremony despite the circumstances imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education stressed that the state looks forward with all attention to the outcomes of the educational and academic process as essential factors in achieving the goals and objectives of the Qatar National Vision 2030, especially since QU graduates, with various scientific and literary disciplines, represent a qualitative addition to the national labor market and contribute to the process of sustainable development.

HE Al Hammadi expressed pride in the new graduates as their success is the result of the efforts and constructive cooperation between their parents, schools, and universities.

الدوحة: أكد سعادة الدكتور محمد بن عبدالواحد الحمادي وزير التعليم والتعليم العالي أن الدفعة الـ43 (دفعة 2020 ) من خريجي جامعة قطر يمثلون إضافة نوعية لسوق العمل، وأن الدولة تتطلع باهتمام لهذه المخرجات كرافد أساسي لتحقيق غايات رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.

وهنأ سعادته، في تصريح اليوم لوكالة الأنباء القطرية /قنا/ بمناسبة حفل تخريج الدفعة الثالثة والأربعين (دفعة 2020) من طلاب جامعة قطر، خريجي الدفعة وأولياء أمورهم على الإنجاز العلمي الذي حققوه.. متمنيا للخريجين الجدد حياة مهنية عامرة في خدمة وطنهم الذي لم يبخل عليهم ووفر لهم كافة الإمكانيات وأفضلها تعليميا وخدمياً.

كما أشاد سعادته بدور الهيئتين التدريسية والإدارية في جامعة قطر، مثمناً ما بذلوه من جهود متواصلة حتى تٌوجت بحفل التخريج بالرغم من الظروف التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا /كوفيد-19/.

وشدد سعادة وزير التعليم والتعليم العالي على أن الدولة تتطلع بكل الاهتمام لمخرجات العملية التعليمية والأكاديمية كعوامل أساسية في تحقيق أهداف وغايات رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، لاسيما وأن خريجي جامعة قطر يمثلون -بمختلف تخصصات العلمية والأدبية- إضافة نوعية لسوق العمل الوطني، ويسهمون في مسيرة التنمية المستدامة للوطن.

وأضاف سعادته “لذلك نحن فخورون اليوم بأبنائنا وبناتنا من الخريجين والخريجات، فهم ثمرة للجهود والتعاون البناء بين أولياء أمورهم ومدارسهم وجامعتهم”.
