Doha: Al Sadd sports club announced that Akram Afif and Abdelkarim Hassan will miss the game against Al Wakrah in Week 19 of the QNB Stars League, which is set to be played on Thursday.
Akram Afif will be unavailable after suffering a muscle injury during the last match against Umm Salal, in which Al-Sadd clinched the title.
Meanwhile, left-back Abdelkarim Hassan will miss the game against Al Wakrah, due to a knee inflammation that will require a week of treatment.
The squad announcement saw the absence of Santi Cazorla, who has been rested after the series of successive matches he played recently.
The Al-Sadd first team concluded its training on Wednesday, in preparation for the upcoming clash with Al Wakrah in Week 19 of the QNB Stars League. .

الدوحة: أعلن نادي السد غياب الثنائي أكرم عفيف وعبدالكريم حسن عن مواجهة الفريق غدا /الخميس/ أمام الوكرة في الجولة الـ19 من الدوري القطري لكرة القدم بداعي الاصابة.
وتأكد غياب نجم الفريق أكرم عفيف عن السد خلال الفترة المقبلة والتي قد تمتد إلى 6 أسابيع، عقب اصابته في العضلة الأمامية خلال مواجهة فريقه أم صلال الأخيرة والتي حسم فيها لاعبو تشافي لقب بطولة الدوري للموسم 2020 / 2021 رسمياً.
أما الظهير الأيسر عبدالكريم حسن، فسيغيب بدوره عن مواجهة الغد بعد تعرضه للإصابة بالتهابات في الركبة واحتياجه لمدة أسبوع للعلاج.
كما شهدت قائمة الفريق غياب الاسباني سانتي كازرولا من أجل الحصول على راحة بعد فترة المباريات الكثيرة التي لعبها في الفترة الأخيرة.
واختتم السد تدريباته يوم الأمس على الملعب الفرعي بالنادي، حيث حرص الجهاز الفني بقيادة الاسباني تشافي هيرنانديز على اختيار قائمة اللاعبين المرشحين للمباراة، والتي تضم كلا من: سعد الدوسري، مشعل برشم، جهاد محمد، يونغ ، أحمد سيار، بيدرو ميجيل، حسن الهيدوس، نام تاي هي، محمد وعد ، خوخي بوعلام، غيليرمي توريس، تابتا، بغداد بونجاح ، سالم الهاجري، طارق سلمان، يوسف عبدالرزاق، حسام كمال، مصعب خضر، أحمد سهيل، بهاء الليثي، و هاشم علي.
