ADLSA Reduces Visitor Capacity at Ministries

Doha: The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs on Saturday decided to reduce the capacity of visitors to 30% at ministries buildings and Government services complexes.
In a statement, the Ministry said that the decision is within the precautionary measures taken by the State to curb the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Applications and services that are available electronically on the ministries websites or e-government portal (Hukoomi) will not be accepted directly through the offices, adding visitors can inquire about the services and applications by calling the hotline 16008 or by contacting the Ministry via its accounts on social media platforms.

الدوحة: قررت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، الأمس، تقليل الطاقة الاستيعابية للمراجعين إلى 30% في مباني الوزارات ومجمعات الخدمات الحكومية.
وأوضحت الوزارة، في بيان، أن هذا القرار يأتي تنفيذا للإجراءات الاحترازية التي تتخذها الدولة للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا /كوفيد-19/.
كما بينت أنه لن يتم استقبال المعاملات للخدمات المتوفرة إلكترونيا على مواقع الجهات أو على موقع الحكومة الإلكترونية /حكومي/، موضحة أنه يمكن للسادة المراجعين الاستعلام عن المعاملات والخدمات من خلال التواصل مع مركز الاتصال على هاتف رقم /16008/، أو بالتواصل مع الوزارة عبر حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
