Kuwait Foreign Minister: Gulf, Arab Talks “Fruitful” Regarding “Reconciliation”

Kuwait: Kuwait’s Foreign Minister and Acting Information Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah said that “fruitful” talks were held recently, in regards to achieving reconciliation and
supporting Gulf and Arab solidarity and stability.
“Within the framework of reconciliation efforts, previously led by HH (the late Amir) Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and in continuation of the efforts currently being carried out by HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and President Donald Trump of the friendly United States of America to resolve the crisis, fruitful discussions took place recently, in which all parties affirmed their keenness on Gulf and Arab solidarity and stability and to reach a final agreement that would achieve the aspirations of lasting solidarity between their countries and achieve what is good for their people,” he said in public address on state TV.
Kuwait Foreign Minister went on to express his “appreciation to the Senior Advisor to the US President Jared Kushner, for the valuable efforts he has made recently in this regard.”

أخيرا في إطار تحقيق المصالحة ودعم وتحقيق التضامن والاستقرار الخليجي والعربي.
وقال الشيخ الدكتور أحمد ناصر المحمد الصباح، في بيان ألقاه عبر تلفزيون دولة الكويت إنه “في إطار جهود المصالحة التي سبق أن قادها سيدي حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح رحمه الله واستمرارا للجهود التي يبذلها حاليا سيدي حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح حفظه الله ورعاه أمير دولة الكويت وفخامة الرئيس دونالد ترامب رئيس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الصديقة لحل الأزمة فقد جرت مباحثات مثمرة خلال الفترة الماضية أكد فيها كافة الأطراف حرصهم على التضامن والاستقرار الخليجي والعربي وعلى الوصول إلى اتفاق نهائي يحقق ما تصبو إليه من تضامن دائم بين دولهم وتحقيق ما فيه خير شعوبهم”.
وفي هذا الإطار أعرب وزير الخارجية الكويتي وزير الإعلام بالوكالة عن “التقدير للسيد جاريد كوشنر كبير مستشاري الرئيس الأمريكي على الجهود القيمة التي بذلها مؤخرا في هذا الصدد”.
