Capitals: In light of the record rise in the number of infections and the mounting fears of a second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), many countries have taken new measures to reduce the spread of the epidemic, imposing stricter limits on public life, while the number of people infected around the world has surpassed 40 million.
In Britain, the authorities prevented more than six people from gathering in public places, and forcing restaurants to close at ten in the evening. Since last Saturday, the health authorities began raising the risk of an outbreak of the Corona epidemic in nine English cities to “high”.
In Italy, a set of new measures have been adopted to curb the virus infection particularly in coffee shops, and extending remote work.
As for France, since the weekend, a curfew has been imposed in the capital, Paris, and eight major cities to stop the spread of the Corona virus. In Switzerland, the federal government announced a series of measures to curb the “accelerating” rise in the number of infections, including masks, which has become mandatory to wear, starting from Monday, in closed public places across the country. Gatherings of more than 15 people in public places will be banned, and the government is also advising to resort to remote work.
In Russia, the government of the Russian capital, Moscow, is preparing to introduce a rapid response system “QR” among city residents during their visit to places, such as cafes that are likely to contribute to the transmission of the virus, and if the application is successful, it will be used in other places such as restaurants and beauty centers.
As for Belgium, the government imposed a curfew at night, after a week of witnessing an increase in Corona infections.

عواصم: في ظل الارتفاع القياسي في أعداد الإصابات وتصاعد المخاوف من تفشي موجة ثانية لجائحة فيروس كورونا /كوفيد -19 /، اتخذت العديد من الدول إجراءات جديدة من شأنها تخفيف انتشار الوباء، حيث فرضت قيودا أكثر صرامة على الحياة العامة، فيما تجاوز عدد المصابين حول العالم 40 مليونا .
ففي بريطانيا منعت السلطات تجمع أكثر من ستة أشخاص في الأماكن العامة وإلزام المطاعم بالإغلاق في العاشرة مساء، كما بدأت السلطات الصحية منذ يوم /السبت/ الماضي، رفع مستوى خطر تفشي وباء /كورونا/ في تسع مدن إنجليزية إلى “مرتفع”.
وفي إيطاليا تم اعتماد مجموعة من التدابير الجديدة، لكبح عدوى الفيروس، تطال خصوصا المقاهي وتمديد العمل عن بعد .
أما فرنسا فقد فرضت منذ مطلع الأسبوع، حظرا للتجول في العاصمة باريس وثماني مدن كبرى لوقف تفشي فيروس كورونا، فيما أعلن السيد جيرالد دارمانان وزير الداخلية الفرنسي نشر 12 ألف شرطي بدءا من السبت للسهر على تطبيق الحظر، بينما كشف السيد برونو لومير وزير الاقتصاد عن حزمة من المساعدات للقطاعات الاقتصادية المتضررة وعلى رأسها المطاعم والمقاهي.
وفي سويسرا، أعلنت الحكومة الفدرالية، سلسلة إجراءات للحد من الارتفاع “المتسارع” في عدد الإصابات، من بينها وضع الكمامة الذي أصبح إلزاميا اعتبارا من اليوم في الأماكن العامة المغلقة في جميع أنحاء البلاد، وسيتم حظر التجمعات العفوية لأكثر من 15 شخصا في الأماكن العامة، وتنصح الحكومة أيضا باللجوء إلى العمل عن بعد.
وفي روسيا، تستعد حكومة العاصمة الروسية موسكو لإدخال نظام الاستجابة السريع الـ”QR” بين سكان المدينة خلال زيارتهم لبعض الأماكن، مثل المقاهي التي يحتمل أن تساهم في نقل الفيروس، وفي حال نجاح التطبيق فإنه سيتم اللجوء لتعميمه على أماكن أخرى كالمطاعم ومراكز الحلاقة والتجميل.
أما بلجيكا فقد فرضت اليوم حظر التجول ليلا، وذلك في أعقاب أسبوع شهد ازدياداً في الإصابات .
