Qatar Museums launches two new Culture Pass educational membership tiers

Qatar Museums (QM) yesterday announced the launch of an expanded Culture Pass programme, which offers added support to teachers and students in Qatar. The addition of two new tiers, Culture Pass Teachers and Culture Pass Students, gives members access to Qatar Museums’ educational services, workshop opportunities, and an array of exciting creative online programming – all of which are free of charge.
These Culture Pass initiatives create opportunities for teachers and students to experience the best educational information, resources, and programmes. The benefits have been expertly curated to offer exciting, and semi-exclusive access to Qatar Museums cultural experiences, masterpiece collections, and one-of-a-kind educational events.

We’ve curated a selection of additional benefits for Culture Pass Teachers, and Culture Pass Students, that we know this particular demographic will love and use.”
The new Culture Pass Teachers tier will offer teachers unique educational training opportunities and the chance to expand their cultural knowledge. They will be given access to one Culture Pass arranged tour, one Culture Pass organized workshop and will also be given the opportunity to attend Exhibition Training Tours, Local Artists’ Workshops, the Teachers Teaching Teachers Programme, and invitations to be part of the Teachers’ Council and the Executive Teachers’ Council.
Supporting this programme of events and activities are a range of discounts at many restaurants and cafes in Qatar. Culture Pass Teachers’ members will enjoy a 10 percent discount at QM gift shops, IN-Q online, and Cass Art Qatar. They will also receive a discount to QM ticketed exhibitions.
Culture Pass Students, open to students between the ages of 16 to 25, will offer greater access to the wide programme of events provided by QM. This membership enables them to register for development platforms such as MIA Infinite Programme, invites them to apply to the QM Internship Programme and volunteering opportunities with the Public Programme’s Team. They will also benefit from priority registration to Student Arts Workshops and Artists Talks.
Culture Pass Students’ members will also receive the same 10 percent discounts at QMs gift shops (physical and digital) and will enjoy complimentary access to one Culture Pass tour and 1 Culture Pass workshop. Culture Pass Teachers and Culture Pass Students can be registered for via the website starting May 18, 2020.
The original free Culture Pass Basic membership, which is hugely popular with over 20,000 members, will remain available for Qatari Nationals, residents and visitors to many core benefits. Teachers and Students who currently hold or are part of a Culture Pass Membership are eligible to apply for Culture Pass Teachers and Culture Pass Students.

أعلنت متاحفُ قطر توسيعَ برنامجها الشهير «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة» بإضافة فئتَين جديدتَين للبرنامج هما «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة للمعلمين» و»بطاقتك إلى الثقافة للطلاب»، وهو ما من شأنه منح دعم إضافي للمعلمين والطلاب في قطر، فضلًا عن الاستفادة من مزايا إضافية مثل الخدمات التعليمية في متاحف قطر، وفرص ورش العمل، ومجموعة من البرامج الإبداعية المبتكرة المجانية عبر الإنترنت. كما تُتيح مبادرات «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة» فرصًا قيّمة للمعلمين والطلاب لتجربة أفضل المعلومات والموارد والبرامج التعليمية والاستفادة منها. وقد تمّ تصميم مزايا الباقتَين الجديدتَين بكل عناية لإتاحة فرصة الدخول شبه الحصري والاستمتاع بالتجارب الثقافيّة في متاحف قطر، والمجموعات والمقتنيات والأعمال الفنية، فضلًا عن مشاهدة روائع المجموعات الفنية ومعايشة تجارب ثقافية فريدة من نوعها. وفي هذا السياق، قالت خلود عبد العزيز المناعي، نائبُ المدير للتعليم وتوعية المجتمع بمتاحف قطر: إطلاق فئتَين جديدتَين لبرنامج «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة» يهدف إلى إبراز أفضل ما تقدمه متاحفُ قطر للمجتمع، ويعدّ ذلك شهادة على حرصنا الدؤوب والتزامنا الثابت بتعزيز وإثراء المشهد التعليمي في قطر، بتوجيه سديد من رئيس مجلس الأمناء سعادة الشيخة المياسة بنت حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني. قمنا بتصميم مجموعة مختارة بعناية من المزايا الإضافية لبطاقتك إلى الثقافة بباقتَيها للمعلّمين وللطلاب، وذلك من منطلق ثقتنا بأنها ستنال إعجاب هذه الفئة من المجتمع.»
وسُتتيح الباقةُ الجديدة «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة للمعلمين» فرصًا تدريبية تعليمية متميزة للمعلمين، وفرصة لتوسيع نطاق معارفهم الثقافية. وسيتم منحهم المشاركة في جولة واحدة من جولات برنامج بطاقتك إلى الثقافة، وورشة عمل واحدة ضمن البرنامج، كما ستتاح لهم الفرصة لحضور الجولات التدريبية للمعارض، وورش عمل الفنانين المحليين، وبرنامج تدريب المعلمين من قبل المعلمين، فضلًا عن دعوات للانضمام لمجلس المعلمين ومجلس المعلمين التنفيذي. وتدعم هذا البرنامج الثري من الفعاليات والأنشطة، مجموعةٌ من الخصومات في العديد من المطاعم والمقاهي في قطر، حيث سيحظى أعضاء «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة للمعلّمين» بخصم بقيمة 10٪ في متاجر هدايا متاحف قطر ومتاجر «إن-كيو» على الإنترنت وفي متجر «كاس آرت» قطر. كما سيحصلون أيضًا على خصم على تذاكر دخول معارض متاحف قطر.
أما الباقة الثانية «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة للطلاب» فهي مُتاحة للطلاب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 16 و 25 عامًا، وستمكنهم من نفاذ أوسع نطاقًا من برنامج الفعاليات الخاص بمتاحف قطر. وستمكن هذه العضويةُ الطلابَ من التسجيل في منصات مصممة خصيصًا للتطوير والتحسين مثل «برنامج متحف الفنّ الإسلامي غير المحدود»، كما تدعوهم للانضمام إلى برنامج التدريب المهني بمتاحف قطر وفرص التطوع مع فريق البرامج العامة. وسيستفيدون أيضًا من أولوية التسجيل في ورش العمل الفنية للطلاب ومحاضرات الفنانين. وسيحصل أعضاء «بطاقتك إلى الثقافة للطلاب» أيضًا على نفس الخصومات التي تبلغ 10٪ في متاجر هدايا متاحف قطر (في المتاجر وعبر الإنترنت)، كما سيتسنى لهم الاستمتاع بالدخول المجاني إلى جولة واحدة وورشة عمل واحدة من جولات وورش بطاقتك إلى الثقافة. ويمكن لكل من المعلمين والطلاب التسجيل في الباقتَين الجديدتَين عبر الرابط
