Air traffic expected to gradually resume after May 15th
توقّعات باستئناف حركة الطيران نشاطها تدريجياً بعد 15 مايو

Travel experts expects air traffic to resume in the next two weeks from May 15, indicating that most airlines will return to work gradually and slowly, pointing out that Qatar Airways, the only global company that has continued to operate under the Coronavirus, will also return to its previous activity and more vigorously, as a result of the strict proactive and precautionary measures it is working on during the current period, such as training its crews to follow the latest hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures for covid-19 on board, In line with the directives of the international and national authorities, and with the highest level of security, in preparation for launch once airports and air traffic is opened globally.
Experts are optimistic about the return of safe travel and the aviation sector restoring normalcy, given the large number of airlines that have suffered terrible and insane losses, some of which are on their way to go bankrupt, pointing out that the resumption of air traffic is the appropriate solution, because the collapse of air transport has devastating effects on the economies and jobs of countries, particularly in countries where aviation is a fundamental pillar of their economies.

توقّع خبراء في قطاع السفر أن تستأنف حركة الطيران نشاطها خلال الأسبوعين المقبلين ابتداء من 15 مايو المقبل، مبينين أن معظم شركات الطيران ستعود إلى العمل بشكل تدريجي وبطيء، لافتين إلى أن الخطوط الجوية القطرية التي تعتبر الشركة العالمية الوحيدة التي استمرت بالعمل في ظل فيروس كورونا ستعود أيضاً إلى نشاطها السابق وبقوة أكبر، نتيجة الإجراءات الاستباقية والاحترازية المتشددة التي تعمل عليها خلال الفترة الحالية، مثل تدريب طواقمها على اتباع أحدث بروتوكولات النظافة، وإجراءات التنظيف لـ «COVID-19» على متن الطائرة، بما يتماشى مع توجيهات السلطات العالمية والوطنية، وبأكبر قدر من الأمان، وذلك استعداداً للانطلاق بمجرد فتح المطارات وحركة الطيران عالمياً.
تفاءل الخبراء بعودة حركة السفر الآمن، وعودة الحياة لقطاع الطيران، نظراً لعدد شركات الطيران الكبير الذي مُني بخسائر رهيبة وغير معقولة، إذ يتوجه بعضها للإفلاس، مبينين أن استئناف حركة الطيران هو الحل المناسب؛ لأن لانهيار النقل الجوي آثار مدمرة على اقتصادات البلدان ووظائفها، لا سيما في الدول التي يكون فيها الطيران ركيزة أساسية لاقتصاداتها.
