Al-Hammadi meets UNAOC delegates
الحمادي يبحث تطورات المنطقة مع وفد أممي
HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi met yesterday the UN Alliance of Civilisations (UNAOC) delegation, currently visiting Qatar. The delegation includes participants from Europe and North America. The meeting dealt with the foreign policy of Qatar, the developments in the region and the development witnessed by the state under the blockade.
Below: A delegation from the UN Alliance of Civilisations (UNAOC) Fellowship visited Qatar National Library, Silatech Foundation and the Museum of Islamic Art. The delegation’s visit from July 5-10 comes as part of the fellowship’s 2019 programme themed “The Role of Women in Peacemaking and Conflict Prevention”.
اجتمع سعادة الدكتور أحمد بن حسن الحمادي الأمين العام لوزارة الخارجية، أمس، مع وفد زمالة الأمم المتحدة لتحالف الحضارات الذي يزور البلاد حالياً، ويضم مشاركين من أوروبا وشمال أميركا.
تناول الاجتماع، السياسة الخارجية لدولة قطر، وتطورات الأوضاع في المنطقة، والتطور الذي تشهده الدولة في ظل الحصار.
يذكر أن زيارة وفد زمالة الأمم المتحدة لتحالف الحضارات، إلى دولة قطر، خلال الفترة من 5 – 10 يوليو الحالي، تأتي ضمن برنامج زمالة الأمم المتحدة لعام 2019، تحت عنوان: «دور المرأة في صنع السلام ومنع الصراعات».
