Qatar ranks 33rd in TI’s Corruption Perceptions Index
قطر تحتل المرتبة 33 عالميا من أصل 180 دولة على مؤشر مدركات الفساد

Qatar has ranked 33rd out of 180 countries globally in Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) for 2018.
The country scored 62 points, maintaining its second place in the index amongst the Arab countries and the Middle East, while more than two-thirds of countries got less than 50 points in the index for this year.
The Transparency International (TI) said that Qatar’s high ranking is strongly linked to the levels of human development, effective public administration, high levels of GDP, health and education.
The CPI is issued annually by Transparency International and its announcement is always the focus of many countries and local and international organisations worldwide.
The CPI draws on 13 surveys based on expert assessments and business opinion, and its outcome is based on a number of sub-indicators issued by international organisations such as the World Bank and the World Economic Forum.
احتلت دولة قطر المرتبة الـ33 عالميا في مؤشر مدركات الفساد للعام الماضي من بين 180 دولة شملها المؤشر، وقد حققت دولة قطر 62 نقطة وبذلك تحافظ على المرتبة الثانية على مستوى الدول العربية ودول الشرق الأوسط ، في حين أن أكثر من ثلثي الدول حصلت على أقل من 50 في المؤشر لهذا العام .
وقد أشارت منظمة الشفافية الدولية إلى أن تقدم دولة قطر على هذا المؤشر يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بمستويات التنمية والتطور البشري، والإدارة العامة الفعالة، والمستويات العالية من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، والصحة، والتعليم.
من الجدير بالذكر أن مؤشر مدركات الفساد يصدر سنويا عن منظمة الشفافية الدولية، ويكون الإعلان عن نتائجه سنويا محط أنظار العديد من الدول والمنظمات المحلية والدولية على مستوى العالم.
ويقيس المؤشر مستوى الفساد المُدرك في القطاع العام، معتمدا على 13 مصدرًا للبيانات، مستندة على تقييم الخبراء، وآراء قطاع الأعمال، ويعتمد في نتيجته على عدد من المؤشرات الفرعية التي تصدر عن منظمات دولية مثل البنك الدولي، والمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي.
