PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN TO VISIT QATAR FROM 13 TO 17 JANUARY

A delegation from Paris Saint-Germain, made up of all the first team players plus the Club’s business managers, will travel to Doha on Sunday 13 January to take part in the traditional Paris Saint-Germain winter tour in Qatar.
Over four days, the team will make use of the outstanding training facilities in the Aspire Zone and benefit from the country’s ideal weather conditions.
The Qatar Tour is an opportunity for the Club to showcase Qatar as a tourist destination and make the team’s players available to various activations with the Qatari sponsors such as QNB. There are also plans to take some iconic pictures of the Parisian stars in Qatar, which will then be circulated to the world’s media.
This trip will also be an opportunity for the Club to meet its local supporters. All of the players will be present and plenty of entertainment will be organised to treat the Paris Saint-Germain supporters in Qatar to some memorable experiences. In one of the high points of the tour, spectators will be invited to watch the players train at 5pm on Tuesday 15 January in the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha, one of the venues for the 2022 World Cup. This tour will also be an opportunity to inaugurate the brand new Paris Saint-Germain Academy in Doha, which will be run year-round on the pitches of the Qatar Foundation.

Our momentum has been very positive since the beginning of the season, and the start of the new year is an important time to bring the players and staff together so that they keep strengthening their bond.
The Club is increasingly popular in the region. We are delighted to come here to meet and chat with our supporters.
Many of our players will be back in Qatar in four years’ time to play in the World Cup. The preparations are well underway. Aspire has become a major international sports venue in a very short space of time, and the facilities currently being built will make Qatar the must-visit destination for all performance-orientated professional athletes.”
Since 2012, the Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) and Paris Saint-Germain have formed a strategic partnership to promote sports and leisure tourism in Qatar. QNTC has organised several tours for Paris Saint-Germain’s teams, including the 2014 and 2015 Qatar Handball Tour, the 2015 Qatar Ladies Tour and the 2013 and 2015 Qatar Tour.
Within the framework of this partnership, QNTC benefits from a constant presence in the Parc des Princes, where thousands of football fans can get a taste of Qatari culture and hospitality thanks to their promotion of Qatari culture and heritage.
أعلن نادي باريس سان جيرمان عن موعد الجولة الشتوية التي ستنطلق في الدوحة من يوم الأحد 13 إلى 17 يناير الجاري، بحضور جميع لاعبي الفريق الأول بالإضافة إلى إدارة النادي، وسيتمكن الفريق خلال هذه الأيام الأربعة من استخدام مرافق التدريب المتميزة في منطقة أسباير، خاصة في ظل الحالة الجوية الرائعة التي تسود قطر خلال هذه الفترة.
وتعتبر الجولة الشتوية لباريس سان جيرمان فرصة مثالية من أجل التركيز على مكانة قطر كوجهة سياحية مميزة في المنطقة، وكذلك تتيح للاعبي الفريق التواصل مع الرعاة القطريين، مثل بنك قطر الوطني QNB والمجلس الوطني للسياحة، إضافة إلى الترويج لأجمل الأماكن في قطر من خلال صور اللاعبين فيها، والتي ستتداولها وسائل الإعلام العالمية.
وستتيح هذه الجولة الشتوية أيضاً الفرصة أمام لاعبي النادي لمقابلة مشجعيهم في قطر، حيث سيتواجد جميع اللاعبين وسيتم تنظيم العديد من الفعاليات الترفيهية لمحبي النادي. وكما جرت العادة في الجولات التدريبية للأندية، سيتم دعوة مشجعي باريس سان جيرمان لمشاهدة تدريبات اللاعبين في الساعة الخامسة من مساء يوم الثلاثاء 15 يناير في ملعب خليفة الدولي في الدوحة، وهو أحد ملاعب بطولة كأس العالم 2022. كما سيفتتح نادي باريس سان جيرمان أكاديمية جديدة في الدوحة، والتي ستمارس نشاطها طوال العام على ملاعب مؤسسة قطر.
وقال السيد ناصر الخليفي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لنادي باريس سان جيرمان: ” توفر قطر أجواء مثالية تسمح للفريق بالإعداد للمباريات الهامة التي تنتظرنا في عام 2019. إن موسمنا إيجابياً للغاية حتى هذه اللحظة، وأعتقد أن بداية السنة الجديدة هو وقت مهم لتوطيد العلاقات بين اللاعبين والإدارة من أجل المحافظة على هذه الإيجابية. يتمتع النادي بشعبية متزايدة في المنطقة، ونحن سعداء بهذه الزيارة التي من خلالها نتواصل مع الجمهور والمشجعين”.
وأضاف الخليفي: “العديد من لاعبينا سيعودون إلى اللعب في قطر ضمن مشاركتهم في كأس العالم 2022. كما أن أسباير أصبحت مكاناً رياضياً دولياً رئيسياً لمحترفي الرياضة وذلك خلال فترة زمنية قصيرة جداً، كما ستساهم المرافق الجديدة التي يتم بناؤها حالياً في جعل قطر الوجهة التي يجب على جميع الرياضيين والمحترفين زيارتها “.
ومنذ عام 2012، شكّل كل من المجلس الوطني للسياحة وباريس سان جيرمان شراكة استراتيجية تهدف إلى الترويج للسياحة الرياضية والترفيهية في قطر. ونظم المجلس الوطني للسياحة عدة جولات لفرق باريس سان جيرمان، بما في ذلك جولة قطر لكرة اليد 2014 و2015، وجولة قطر 2015 للسيدات وجولة قطر 2013 و2015.
وفي إطار هذه الشراكة، يستفيد المجلس الوطني للسياحة من حضوره وتواجده الدائمين في ملعب حديقة الأمراء Parc des Princes في باريس، لتعريف عشاق كرة القدم على الثقافة والتراث القطريين.
