The Legal and Judicial Studies center at the Ministry of Justice organised two training courses for a number of researchers and legal specialists at ministries, institutions and government companies.
The courses touched on the provisions of judicial control in the field of telecommunications, and the functions of judicial control officers in the field of the control of tobacco and its derivatives.
The courses are aimed at providing the participants with information and legal skills necessary for the implementing judicial auditing. It also focuses on the functions of judicial control officers in relation to violations in communications and the control of tobacco and its derivatives.
The courses will also identify to the trainees the functions and responsibilities of judicial control officers and will train legalists to issue records of violation in order to ensure the proper application of the law in implementing of the provisions of judicial auditing.
The launch of these specialized training courses is part of the legal and judicial training program for the current year, and part of the Ministry of Justice’s efforts to implement Qatar National Vision 2030 by preparing a qualified national legal generation to play its role in national development.
نظم مركز الدراسات القانونية والقضائية بوزارة العدل، أمس، دورتين تدريبيتين لصالح عدد من الباحثين والاختصاصيين القانونيين بالوزارات والمؤسسات والشركات الحكومية.
وتناولت هذه الدورات أحكام الضبطية القضائية في مجال الاتصالات، ومهام مأموري الضبط القضائي في مجال الرقابة على التبغ ومشتقاته.
وتستهدف هاتان الدورتان إكساب القانونيين المشاركين بها المعلومات والمهارات القانونية اللازمة لتطبيق الأحكام المتعلقة بالضبطية القضائية ومهام مأموري الضبط القضائي، فيما يخص المخالفات في مجال الاتصالات، والرقابة على التبغ ومشتقاته، وتعريف المتدربين بمهام مأموري الضبط القضائي، وبيان اختصاصاته ومسؤولياته العامة والخاصة، وتدريب القانونيين على التحرير السليم لمحاضر المخالفات، بما يكفل سلامة تطبيق القانون في مجال تنفيذ أحكام الضبطية القضائية.
