Qatar Airways wins 10 international awards in October

DOHA: Qatar Airways has won 10 new international service awards in October, including titles by four separate global industry leaders: Business Traveller, Kayak, Condé Nast Traveler and CJ Affiliate.

The first three awards for ‘Best Long-Haul Airline’, ‘Best Business Class’ and ‘Best Middle East Airline’, were presented to the airline at the global Business Traveller Awards 2018, held in London on October 15.

This was followed by a further five awards for the Middle East and Africa region from global travel site, Kayak, including ‘Best Airline’, ‘Best Boarding’, ‘Best Comfort’, ‘Best Crew’ and ‘Best Food’.

Finally, the national carrier of Qatar rounded off the month with two further honours. The first, a High Commendation for the ‘Global Excellence Award’ at the 2018 CJ You Awards, in California, US, followed by third place in the ‘Top Airlines – International’ category in the Condé Nast Travelers 2018 Reader’s Choice Awards.

The five awards presented to the airline by travel metasearch website, Kayak, are based on passenger ratings and reviews; the Business Traveller Awards, voted for by the readers of the renowned magazine, are a benchmark of excellence in the aviation industry; whilst the CJ You Awards recognised the airline for its well-executed global strategy for its affiliate program; and the Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards were based on the votes of more than 420,000 global travellers.

The 10 accolades received by the national carrier of the State of Qatar in October are the latest in a host of other honours that have recently been bestowed on the airline.

أعلنت الخطوط الجوية القطرية، أمس، عن الفوز بعشر جوائز عالمية جديدة في شهر أكتوبر، من قبل كل من «بيزنس ترافلر»، و»كاياك»، و»كوندي ناست»، و»سي.جي أفليتايت».

وحازت الناقلة على ثلاث جوائز خلال حفل توزيع جوائز «بيزنس ترافلر 2018»، الذي أقيم في لندن في 15 أكتوبر، حيث فازت بجائزة «أفضل شركة طيران للرحلات الطويلة»، وجائزة «أفضل درجة رجال أعمال»، وجائزة «أفضل شركة طيران شرق أوسطية». كما حازت الناقلة القطرية على خمسة أوسمة من قبل الموقع الإلكتروني العالمي للسفر «كاياك» عن منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا، وهذه الأوسمة هي: «أفضل شركة طيران»، و«أفضل تجربة صعود إلى الطائرة»، و«أفضل تجربة سفر مريحة»، و«أفضل طاقم ضيافة»، و«أفضل طعام على متن الطائرة».

رضا المسافرين

كما فازت «القطرية» بجائزة «رضا المسافرين والامتياز العالمي» من كومشن جنكشن «CJ You» في كاليفورنيا – الولايات المتحدة، وحازت على المركز الثالث في فئة «أفضل شركات الطيران عالمياً» خلال جوائز كوندي ناست ترافيلر لاختيارات القرّاء 2018.

ويأتي فوز «القطرية» بخمس جوائز من قبل موقع حجز التذاكر العالمي «كاياك» بناءً على تقييم المسافرين لخدمات شركات الطيران العالمية، فيما يتم اختيار الفائزين بجوائز مجلة بيزنس ترافلر من قبل قرّاء المجلّة المشهورة، التي تعد مقياساً عالمياً للامتياز في قطاع الطيران. وتُلقي جوائز كومشن جنكشن «CJ You» الضوء على الشركات التي تستخدم أفضل برامج التسويق الإلكتروني وأكثرها تأثيراً، فيما ترتكز نتائج جوائز كوندي ناس ترافلر 2018 على تصويت أكثر من 420 ألف مسافر عالمي.;
