Qatar FM, US Secretary of State review ties in phone talk
وزير الخارجية يجري اتصالا هاتفيا مع وزير الخارجية الأمريكي
Doha: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, held a telephone conversation with the Secretary of State of the United States of America, Mike Pompeo.
During the telephone conversation, they reviewed the bilateral and strategic ties between the State of Qatar and the US, means of enhancing and developing them, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
In addition, H E the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and the US Secretary of State discussed the exerted efforts to combat terrorism and its financing. The two ministers also stressed the importance of settling the Gulf crisis.

جرى خلال الاتصال بحث العلاقات الثنائية والاستراتيجية بين دولة قطر والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وسبل تعزيزها وتطويرها، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الموضوعات الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
كما ناقش كل من سعادة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية وسعادة وزير الخارجية الأمريكي الجهود المبذولة لمكافحة الإرهاب ومكافحة تمويله، وشدد الوزيران على أهمية حل الأزمة الخليجية.
