Doha: The Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau launched a new initiative, in cooperation with various government agencies, entitled “rapid recruitment campaign” to facilitate the process of interviewing job seekers candidates for work in government agencies.
This initiative comes as part of the efforts to accelerate the process of hiring Qataris in the government sector, as the National Human Resources Development Department at the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau continues its efforts in continuous coordination to organize job interviews for job seekers while training them on CV preparation skills and passing job interviews, in addition to follow-up on the status of applications through the National E-Recruitment Portal (Kawader) and take the necessary action in coordination with the concerned authorities.
The Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau is also working to continue coordinating with other government agencies to achieve the objectives of the “rapid recruitment campaign” initiative.
The Administrative Control and Transparency Authority participated in the work of the job seekers interview committee, as part of the cooperation between the two parties in the aspect related to the implementation of the “rapid recruitment campaign,” represented in the job candidates receiving the job offer immediately after the interview.

الدوحة: أطلق ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي، مبادرة جديدة بالتعاون مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية بعنوان “حملة التوظيف السريع” وذلك لتيسير عملية إجراءات مقابلة الباحثين عن عمل المرشحين للعمل في الجهات الحكومية.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود تسريع عملية توظيف القطريين في القطاع الحكومي، حيث تواصل إدارة تنمية الموارد البشرية الوطنية بديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي، جهودها في التنسيق المستمر لتنظيم مقابلات ولقاءات وظيفية للباحثين المرشحين للعمل مع تدريبهم على مهارات إعداد السيرة الذاتية واجتياز المقابلات الوظيفية، بالإضافة إلى متابعة حالة الطلبات عبر المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف (كوادر) وإجراء اللازم بشأنها بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
كما يعمل ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي على مواصلة التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية الأخرى لتحقيق أهداف مبادرة “حملة التوظيف السريع”.
وشاركت هيئة الرقابة الإدارية والشفافية في أعمال لجنة مقابلة الباحثين عن عمل، وذلك ضمن التعاون بين الجهتين في الجانب المتعلق بإجراء تنفيذ “حملة التوظيف السريع”، والمتمثل في استلام المرشحين للعمل العرض الوظيفي فور انتهاء المقابلة.
