Villas are the preferred destination for Qatari and resident families because of their features, the most important of which are:
- Privacy.
- Lower prices compared to hotel prices.
- Large villas can accommodate more than 20 people in the same place.
- tranquility and the distance from the noise of the city.
Al-Sharq toured a number of these villas to see how much they range in prices at these times as demand increases as the weather improves, climate moderates and humidity decreases.
A number of villas owners confirmed that the rental prices vary from one villa to another depending on the place, area and services they provide, ranging from 1500 riyals to 5000 riyals in addition to 1000 riyals insurance to be recovered after departure and inspection of damages.

الشرق قامت بجولة في عدد من هذه الاستراحات لمعرفة كم تتراوح أسعارها في هذه الاوقات مع زيادة الإقبال عليها في ظل تحسن الأجواء واعتدال المناخ وانخفاض معدلات الرطوبة.
أكد عدد من أصحاب الاستراحات أن أسعار الايجار تختلف من استراحة الى اخرى حسب المكان والمساحة والخدمات التي تقدمها، حيث تتراوح ما بين 1500 ريال الى 5000 ريال بالاضافة الى 1000 ريال تأمين يتم استرجاعه بعد المغادرة ومعاينة الاضرار.
