Mild weather revives the demand for renting rest houses

Doha: Rest houses in various regions of the country are witnessing an increase in demand for rent during the current period after the weather moderated by up to 80% compared to last month.

The owners of rest houses in special statements to Al-Raya confirmed the high rates of operation during the weekend to reach the completion of bookings until mid-November, and revealed that the daily rental rates start from 2500 QR to 4000 QR per night.

Prices vary according to each rest house and its capabilities, as well as the imposition of insurance fees ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 QR recovered after the family leaves and damage inspection is done.

Hasna Mustafa, a specialist office for renting rest houses, told Al-Raya: “The improved weather contributed to the high demand for rest houses in general after suffering from a recession during the summer”.

She noted that the rest houses compete with each other to attract customers, with a swimming pools and at least 3 master bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and small gardens, while the largely developed lounges provide two swimming pools, an open bathroom, a closed en suite bathroom along with a Jacuzzi, some equipped with a children’s play area as well as a football or a volleyball field.

الدوحة: تشهدُ الاستراحاتُ في مُختلف مناطق البلاد ارتفاعًا في الطلب على التأجير خلال الفترة الحالية بعد اعتدال الأجواء بنسب تصل إلى 80% مقارنةً بالشهر الماضي. وأكّد أصحابُ استراحات في تصريحات خاصة لـ الراية ارتفاعَ نسب التشغيل خلال عطل نهاية الأسبوع لتصل إلى استكمال حجوزات حتّى منتصف نوفمبر القادم، وكشفوا أنّ أسعار التأجير اليومي تبدأ من 2500 ريال إلى 4000 ريال لليلة الواحدة، حيث تختلف الأسعار وَفقًا للاستراحة والإمكانات المُتاحة بها، فضلًا عن فرض رسوم تأمين تتراوح ما بين 1500 إلى 2000 ريال تُستردّ بعد مُغادرة العائلة ومُعاينة الأضرار إن وجدت.

وقالت حسنة مصطفى بمكتب متخصص لتأجير الاستراحات لـ الراية: إنّ تحسن الأجواء ساهم في ارتفاع الطلب على الاستراحات بشكل عام بعدما عانت من حالة ركود خلال فصل الصيف، ونوّهت إلى أنّ الاستراحات تتنافس فيما بينها لجذب الزبائن، حيث توفّر حمام سباحة وغرف نوم رئيسية لا تقل عن 3 غرف ومطبخًا ومجلسًا وحديقة صغيرة، أما الاستراحات التي تطوّرت بشكل كبير فتوفّر حمامَين للسباحة: حمامًا مكشوفًا، وحمامًا داخليًا مغلقًا إلى جانب الجاكوزي، وبعضها مجهّز بمنطقة ألعاب للأطفال إلى جانب ملعب لكرة القدم أو كرة الطائرة.
