Volume of Real Estate Trading Last Week Crosses QR 369 Million

Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from October 3 to October 7 reached QR 369,607,804.
The weekly bulletin issued by the department stated that the list of real estate traded for sale included vacant land, housing, apartment building and a commercial building.
Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Daayen, Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Slal, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, and Al Shamal.
The volume of real estate trading, during the period from September 19 to September 23 amounted to QR 1,289,512,845.

الدوحة: بلغ حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 7 أكتوبر الجاري، 369 مليونا و607 آلاف و804 ريالات.
وذكرت النشرة الأسبوعية الصادرة عن إدارة التسجيل العقاري بالوزارة أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن وعمارات سكنية ومبنى تجاريا.
وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الريان والظعاين والدوحة وأم صلال والشمال والوكرة والخور والذخيرة.
وكان حجم تداول العقارات قد بلغ خلال الفترة من 19سبتمبر إلى 23 سبتمبر الماضي ، مليارا و289 مليونا و512 ألفا و845 ريالا قطريا.
