Dana Al Fardan releases clip from ‘Indigo’
دانه الفردان تطلق كليب لعملها الفني “INDIGO”
Doha: International symphonic composer and cultural ambassador for the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra Dana Al Fardan recently released the clip for her artwork “Indigo.” The clip was shown exclusively in New York and with the first Bloomberg Economic Forum in Qatar, where it gained critical acclaim.
The fourth work of Al Fardan is charming enough. It takes you on a journey of revitalising the intuitive power that allows you to discover your innermost potential, especially as it is inspired by colour theories to awaken all the energy and life within you.
The first track from the album was recorded at Katara Studios in Qatar. It brought together diverse talents from artists, including producer Nico Dalla Vecchia, Grammy Award-winning sound engineer Matt Howe, who took care of recording and mixing. As for the mastering, Mazen Murad, she was interested in playing Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra. The filmed work, directed by Ramy Danes, captured wonderful and even magical scenes at the Common Peoples production house in London with producer Jake River Parker and executive producer Tony Roberts.
Speaking about the work, which included 10 musical pieces, Dana said: “Each piece was composed in colour coordination to capture a mood and a state of being. The simple goal of the work is to see and feel what humans cannot.”

العمل تم عرضه حصرياً في نيويورك ومع منتدى بلومبرغ الاقتصادي الأوّل في قطر حيث استحوذ على اشادة النقاد.
العمل الرابع للفردان يأخذ الجمهور في رحلة تنشيط القوة البديهية التي تسمح لهم باكتشاف المكنونات الداخلية خصوصاً أنّه مستوحى من نظريات اللون لإيقاظ كل ما في داخل المتلقي من طاقة وحياة.
تم تسجيل المقطوعة الأولى من الألبوم في ستوديوهات كتارا، حيث جمع مواهب متنوعة من الفنانين منهم المنتج نيكو دالا فيكيا، مهندس الصوت Matt Howe الحائز على جائزة غرامي وهو من اهتمّ بالتسجيل والميكسينغ، أمّا الماسترينغ لمازن مراد. وقد اهتمت بالعزف أوركسترا قطر الفلهارمونية.
العمل المصور أخرجه رامي دانس حيث التقط مشاهده في دار الإنتاج “كومون بيبولز” في لندن مع المنتج جيك ريفر باركر والمنتج التنفيذي توني روبرتس.
وعن العمل الذي تضمن 10 مقطوعات موسيقية قالت دانه:” تم تأليف كل قطعة بتنسيق لوني لالتقاط مزاج وحالة من الوجود والهدف بسيط من العمل هو أن ترى وتشعر بما لا يقدر عليه البشر”.
