Pfizer-BioNTech is the leading company with high profits, especially since it is the first vaccine licensed in Europe and the United States, France 24 reported.
Pfizer-BioNTech, the German biotechnology laboratory and the first to report positive results, published its financial results on Monday.
Pfizer’s vaccine generated more than any other competitor with $10.8 billion in the first half of 2021, and has since begun to generate most of the sales of this treatment.
The U.S. group is raising its 2021 forecast ceiling, with plans to generate $33.5 billion in vaccine sales this year.
BioNTech, for its part, recorded sales of €7.3 billion in the first half of the year. The anti-coronavirus vaccine is the only product for sale, unlike Pfizer, which produces many drugs, and this figure reflects the performance of this particular treatment.
BioNTech expects to achieve vaccine sales of €15.9 billion for 2021.

In the first half of the year, Moderna, whose vaccine is its first rolling product, such as BioNTech, generated $5.9 billion in sales.
Moderna expects to generate $20 billion in vaccine revenue for the year 2021.
The Swedish-British vaccine AstraZeneca and American Johnson & Johnson, through its Belgian subsidiary Jansen, were subsequently adopted in the EUROPEAN Union and are based on viral carrier technology.
The United States has not licensed the AstraZeneca vaccine, although it has been adopted in other countries such as India.
These groups promised to sell their vaccines without making profits during the epidemic. Thus, sales prices are much lower than those of Pfizer-BioNTech and Mederna, which weighed heavily on revenues.
AstraZeneca announced $1.17 billion in vaccine revenue in the first half of the year.
Johnson & Johnson, whose vaccine was later approved, spoke of $264 million.
Johnson & Johnson plans to sell $2.5 billion worth of its vaccine for the whole of 2021, while AstraZeneca did not disclose detailed projections.

وعدت هاتان المجموعتان ببيع لقاحاتهما بدون تحقيق أرباح خلال الوباء. وهكذا فإن أسعار المبيع أقل بكثير من أسعار فايزر-بايونتيك وموديرنا، الأمر الذي ألقى بثقله على العائدات.
وأعلنت شركة أسترازينيكا تحقيق إيرادات من لقاحها بقيمة 1,17 مليار دولار في النصف الأول من العام.
وتحدثت جونسون آند جونسون التي تم اعتماد لقاحها لاحقا عن 264 مليون دولار.
