Key Information for Fans Attending Amir Cup Final at Al Thumama Stadium

Doha: The Organizing Committee of HH the Amir’s Football Cup final announced a set of instructions for fans during the expected match next Friday at Al Thumama stadium, one of the stadiums of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, to ensure that everyone enjoys the event, and has a smooth experience during the announcement of the readiness of the sixth stadiums that The World Cup will be held next year.

The Organizing Committee stated that fans must book their seats and apply for Fan ID, and must show their booking confirmation and Fan ID to ensure entry to Al Thumama Stadium on match day. The Committee also urged fans to use public transportation, including Doha Metro, free of charge on match day.

To apply for the mandatory Amir Cup Fan ID, fans can visit https://ac21.qa/. The Fan ID will be delivered for free by Qatar Post within 48 hours. Fans must book their seat before applying for the Fan ID.

Alternatively, booking seats and collecting the Fan ID are also available at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) any day between 10 AM and 11 PM. To collect Fan ID from QNCC, fans must present their Qatar ID or passport and show their EHTERAZ app to prove they are vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19.

Fans allowed to attend the final match are those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 provided they receive the second dose before October 7, 2021, or those who have recovered from the disease after October 21, 2020. Fans under the age of 12 can attend the match provided that they undergo a rapid PCR test within 24 hours before the start of the match, and must submit the negative test result at the stadium gates. The PCR test service is not available at Qatar National Convention Center.

The Organizing Committee calls on all fans to wear masks, and advises not to attend the match for individuals most vulnerable to COVID-19 complications, regardless of receiving the vaccine or recovering from infection with the virus, such as the elderly, those with chronic diseases, and children in three years old or younger.

The Organizing Committee also invites fans to arrive at the stadium early and present the Qatari ID and Fan ID upon request. It also advises all fans to plan ahead and allow at least 1.5 hours for travel between transport hubs, car park areas and the stadium.

For fans travelling by public transport, the Fan ID will provide free access to the Doha Metro and bus services to and from the stadium on match day, as well as bus operations to and from the stadium which will be available free of charge from four hours before kick-off until 1.5 hours after the final whistle.

Fans travelling in their own vehicle should head towards Sabah Al Ahmed Corridor, take the first exit, and follow the signs to reach the designated parking lots. From the Doha Expressway and Rawdat Al Khail Street, fans can exit towards Industrial Area Road, make a U-turn and follow the signs to the general admission parking areas.

The general admission parking areas are located westbound along the section of Sabah Al Ahmed Corridor, between the Doha Expressway Junction and Industrial Area Road Junction, and along the northbound section of Industrial Area Road, between Sabah Al Ahmed Corridor Junction and the Doha Expressway Junction.

Hospitality ticket holders travelling in their own vehicle from Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor can exit at Al Najma Street before reaching E-Ring Road and following the signs to the designated parking lots. Those taking Doha Expressway should exit at E-Ring Road and make a U-turn before following the signs to the entry gates.

Fans with hospitality box tickets can access the dedicated hospitality box parking area located to the west of the stadium, via the access road located along the northbound lane of the Doha Expressway, between Sabah Al Ahmed Corridor Junction and the E-Ring Road Junction.

Fans with hospitality lounge tickets have dedicated parking available to the north of the stadium, along the westbound lane of E-Ring Road, between Asad Bin Ain Al Furat Street and Musaimeer Street.

Dedicated VIP and media parking will be provided to the west of the stadium. Access to this area is via the road located along the northbound lane of the Doha Expressway, between the F-Ring Road Junction and the E-Ring Road Junction.

The 40,000-capacity stadium will follow Khalifa International, Al Janoub, Education City, Ahmad Bin Ali and Al Bayt in being declared ready to host the first FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world.

The venue will also be a prominent host of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021, with six matches up to and including the semi-finals stage being played there later this year.

The stadium, inspired by its design from the “gahfiya”, or the traditional headgear, will host matches from the group stage to the quarter-finals, and at the end of this year will witness matches in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 from the group stage to the semi-finals of the tournament.

الدوحة: أعلنت اللجنة المنظمة لنهائي كأس سمو الأمير المفدى لكرة القدم عن مجموعة من الإرشادات للمشجعين خلال المباراة المرتقبة يوم الجمعة المقبل في استاد الثمامة، أحد استادات بطولة كأس العالم FIFA قطر 2022 ?، لضمان استمتاع الجميع بالحدث، وخوض تجربة سلسة خلال الإعلان عن جاهزية سادس الاستادات التي ستشهد منافسات المونديال العام القادم.

وأفادت اللجنة المنظمة أنه يتعين على كافة المشجعين التقدم بطلباتهم للحصول على بطاقة المشجع التي تعد إلزامية لحضور المباراة، وهي بطاقة تعريف ذكية تتيح للمشجع دخول الاستاد، واستخدام المواصلات العامة، بما فيها مترو الدوحة، بالمجان في يوم المباراة.

وبإمكان الراغبين في حضور المباراة التقدم بطلب الحصول على بطاقة المشجع عبر الموقع الإلكتروني: https://ac21.qa/home، وستصل البطاقة للمشجع عبر بريد قطر مجاناً في غضون 48 ساعة، ويستلزم إصدار البطاقة شراء قسيمة المقعد قبل البدء في تقديم الطلب.

وإلى جانب الموقع الإلكتروني تتوفر في مركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات خدمة شراء قسائم المقاعد، واستلام بطاقة المشجع يومياً من الساعة 10 صباحاً إلى 11 مساءً، بشرط تقديم البطاقة الشخصية القطرية أو جواز السفر، مع إبراز تطبيق “احتراز” لتأكيد تلقي المشجع الجرعة الكاملة من لقاح مضاد لكوفيد – 19، أو التعافي من الإصابة بالمرض.

يقتصر حضور المباراة على الحاصلين على الجرعة الكاملة من لقاح مضاد لكوفيد-19، بشرط تلقي الجرعة الثانية قبل 7 أكتوبر 2021، أو المتعافين من الإصابة بالمرض بعد 21 أكتوبر 2020. وبإمكان المشجعين ممن تقل أعمارهم عن 12 عاماً حضور المباراة بشرط إجراء الفحص السريع للكشف عن كوفيد-19 خلال 24 ساعة قبل موعد انطلاق المباراة، وتقديم نتيجة الفحص السلبية عند بوابات الاستاد، مع الإشارة إلى عدم توفر خدمة الفحص في مركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات.

وتدعو اللجنة المنظمة لنهائي كأس الأمير جميع المشجعين إلى ارتداء الكمامات والالتزام بالتباعد الجسدي في الاستاد، كما تنصح بعدم حضور المباراة للأفراد الأكثر عُرضة لمضاعفات الإصابة بالمرض، بغض النظر عن تلقيهم اللقاح أو تعافيهم من الإصابة بالفيروس، مثل كبار السن، والمصابين بأمراض مزمنة، والأطفال في عمر ثلاث سنوات أو أقل.

وتدعو اللجنة المنظمة لنهائي كأس الأمير المشجعين إلى الوصول إلى الاستاد مبكراً، وإبراز بطاقة الهوية القطرية وبطاقة المشجع عند الطلب، كما نصحت جمهور المباراة بالتخطيط المسبق لرحلة التنقل إلى الاستاد، والأخذ بالاعتبار أن التنقل بين المواقف والاستاد يستغرق ما لا يقل عن ساعة ونصف.

أما بالنسبة للمشجعين الراغبين في الوصول إلى الاستاد عبر وسائل النقل العام فستوفر بطاقة المشجع إمكانية استخدام مترو الدوحة، أو الحافلات العامة المتجهة إلى استاد الثمامة، وكذلك الحافلات المخصصة لنقل الجمهور بين محطة المترو والاستاد في يوم المباراة بالمجان قبل أربع ساعات من بدء المباراة وحتى ساعة ونصف بعد انتهائها.

يقع استاد الثمامة بمحاذاة طريق الدوحة السريع بين الطريق الدائري الخامس ومحور صباح الأحمد. وبإمكان المشجعين القادمين إلى الاستاد في مركباتهم الخاصة استخدام مواقف المركبات العامة الواقعة بمحاذاة محور صباح الأحمد من الجانب الغربي، بين تقاطع طريق الدوحة السريع وتقاطع طريق المنطقة الصناعية، وعلى طول الجهة الشمالية من طريق المنطقة الصناعية، بين تقاطع محور صباح الأحمد وتقاطع طريق الدوحة السريع.

وللوصول إلى الاستاد بالمركبات الخاصة بإمكان المشجعين التوجّه عبر محور صباح الأحمد، ثم إلى المخرج الأول واتباع اللافتات الإرشادية للوصول إلى مواقف المركبات، أو عبر طريق الدوحة السريع وشارع روضة الخيل، والخروج باتجاه طريق المنطقة الصناعية، والدوران للخلف مع اتباع اللافتات الإرشادية إلى المواقف، مع الإشارة إلى أن الانتقال من المواقف العامة إلى الاستاد يستغرق من 25-40 دقيقة سيراً على الأقدام.

تقع المواقف المخصصة لذوي الإعاقة والإعلاميين وكبار الزوار والمشجعين حاملي قسائم مقاعد أجنحة الضيافة (سكاي بوكس) في الجهة الغربية من الاستاد، ويمكن الوصول إليها عبر الطريق المحاذي للجهة الشمالية من طريق الدوحة السريع بين تقاطع محور صباح الأحمد وتقاطع الطريق الدائري الخامس، ثم تتبع اللافتات الإرشادية وصولاً للساحة المخصصة للمركبات. ويستغرق الانتقال من هذه المواقف إلى الاستاد نحو 7 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام.

وبإمكان المشجعين حاملي قسائم مقاعد الضيافة استخدام مواقف المركبات المخصصة في الجهة الشمالية من الاستاد بمحاذاة الجهة الغربية من الطريق الدائري الخامس بين شارع أسد بن عين الفرات وشارع مسيمير، ويستغرق الانتقال من هذه المواقف إلى الاستاد نحو 7 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام.

ويعد استاد الثمامة الذي يتسع لـ 40 ألف مشجع، سادس الاستادات جاهزية لاستضافة منافسات المونديال الأول في الشرق الأوسط والعالم العربي، بعد استادات خليفة الدولي، والجنوب، والمدينة التعليمية، وأحمد بن علي، والبيت.

ويستضيف الاستاد المستوحى تصميمه من (القحفية)، أو قبعة الرأس التقليدية، خلال المونديال مباريات من مرحلة المجموعات حتى ربع النهائي، كما يشهد نهاية العام الجاري مباريات في كأس العرب FIFA قطر 2022 من دور المجموعات حتى نصف نهائي البطولة.
