A number of lawyers and educators stressed that family guidance is the solution to the growing divorce problems, and the way to introduce young people to the concepts of engagement that maintains the family entity and supports its continuity, noting that misinformation about modern marriage published through the digital platform of social media sites is the reason behind changed concepts about marriage among young people, and pursuing fashion trends and modern life that social media celebrities provide online have negatively affected the way young people deal with social association.
Lawyers and educators told Al-Sharq: The reasons behind today’s marital problems are different from the past, it was once the role of the mother-in-law in influencing children as soon as they got married or financial disputes, but today it is the Internet and the different lifestyles of social media celebrities that have led young people to change their thinking about family stability.
They called on the competent authorities to put in place legalized mechanisms to deal with advertising and media temptations and the information network, which broadcasts many misconceptions about family union, and also called on youth centers and social welfare homes, especially the Ministry of Social Development and the family, to develop a law that stimulates young people and supports the development of their relationships with their families and encourages them to form a stable family life away from distractions.

أكد عدد من القانونيين والتربويين أنّ الإرشاد الأسري هو الحل لمشكلات الطلاق المتفاقمة، والسبيل لتعريف الشباب بمفاهيم الارتباط الذي يحافظ على الكيان الأسري ويدعم استمراريته، منوهين أنّ المعلومات المغلوطة عن الزواج العصري التي تنشر عبر المنصة الرقمية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي السبب وراء تغير مفاهيم الشباب عن الزواج، واللهاث وراء تقليعات الموضة والحياة العصرية التي يقدمها مشاهير الإعلام الاجتماعي عبر الإنترنت أثرت سلباً على طريقة تعامل الشباب مع الارتباط الاجتماعي.
وقال القانونيون والتربويون لـ الشرق: لقد اختلفت الأسباب التي تقف وراء المشكلات الزواجية اليوم عن الماضي، فقد كانت في وقت مضى دور الحماة في التأثير على الأبناء حال زواجهم أو الخلافات المالية ولكن اليوم أصبح الإنترنت وأساليب الحياة المختلفة لمشاهير السوشيال ميديا هي التي دفعت الشباب لتغيير تفكيرهم عن الاستقرار الأسري.
وطالبوا الجهات المختصة بضرورة وضع آليات مقننة للتعامل مع المغريات الإعلانية والإعلامية والشبكة المعلوماتية التي تبث الكثير من المفاهيم المغلوطة عن الارتباط الأسري، وطالبوا أيضاً المراكز الشبابية ودور الرعاية الاجتماعية وخاصة وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرة بضرورة وضع قانون محفز للشباب وداعم لتطوير علاقاتهم بأسرهم وتشجيعهم على تكوين حياة أسرية مستقرة بعيدة عن مشتتات العصر.
