New batch of inspectors sworn in at labour ministry

The Ministry of Administrative Development Labour and Social Affairs on Monday granted judicial power status to a number of employees from the labour inspection department to implement the provisions of the labour law and its related decisions.
The new inspectors were sworn in on Monday in front of HE the Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi.
This new batch is part of the ministry’s jurisdiction represented by the labour inspection department to ensure the implementation of the labour law and its decisions.

منحت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية عدداً من موظفي إدارة تفتيش العمل بالوزارة صفة «مأموري الضبط القضائي»، فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام قانون العمل والقرارات المنفذة له.

وأدت الدفعة الجديدة من المفتشين اليمين، أمس، أمام سعادة الدكتور عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي وزير التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية.

وتأتي هذه الدفعة من المفتشين ضمن اختصاص الوزارة، متمثلة في إدارة تفتيش العمل، في التأكد من تطبيق قانون العمل والقرارات المنفذة له.;
