Rome: Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona, issued a statement to respond to the decision of the European Football Association “UEFA” to open an investigation against them, in allegation to their commitment in resurrecting the “Super League” competition and their failure to officially withdraw from this project like the rest of the founding clubs of the supposed competition.
In a statement issued today, the clubs rejected the threats of “UEFA”, saying that the UEFA is in the process of bypassing the laws by opening a disciplinary investigation against them, indicating that it has the right to think about developing football.
In their statement, the clubs said, “The clubs express their condemnation of the European Union’s practices against three of the world’s soccer castles, and that by this action confirms their lack of respect for what was approved by the courts, which previously confirmed that the clubs have the right to consider a new project for the development of football.” Adding: “Instead of joint thinking in order to develop football competitions, the UEFA has followed the path of the courts, breaking the wall with the rights stipulated by laws in Europe.”
The clubs confirmed that they will proceed with the implementation of this project, calling for dialogue in order to build a new vision that serves European football, instead of the escalation and threat policy adopted by the UEFA in the face of its desire to launch a new competition.
UEFA announced yesterday that it decided to open an investigation against the three clubs due to their failure to announce to withdraw from the project, and some parties expected penalties to be imposed by preventing these clubs from participating in European competitions during the next season.

روما: أصدر نادي يوفنتوس الإيطالي وناديا ريال مدريد وبرشلونة الإسبانيان، بيانا للرد على قرار الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم “يويفا” فتح تحقيق ضدها، بسبب تشبثها ببعث مسابقة “السوبر ليغ” وعدم انسحابها من هذا المشروع بشكل رسمي على غرار بقية الأندية المؤسسة للمسابقة المفترضة.
ورفضت الأندية في بيان صادر عنها اليوم، تهديدات “يويفا”، معتبرة أن الاتحاد الأوروبي بصدد تجاوز القوانين بفتحه تحقيقا تأديبيا ضدها، مشيرة إلى أنه من حقها التفكير في تطوير كرة القدم.
وقالت الأندية في بيانها: “تعبر الأندية عن استنكارها لممارسات الاتحاد الأوروبي ضد ثلاث من قلاع كرة القدم في العالم، وإنه بهذا التصرف يؤكد عدم احترامه لما أقرته المحاكم التي أكدت سابقا أنه من حق الأندية التفكير في مشروع جديد من أجل تطوير كرة القدم”..مضيفة : “بدل التفكير المشترك من أجل تطوير مسابقات كرة القدم، فإن الاتحاد الأوروبي اتبع طريق المحاكم ضاربا عرض الحائط بالحقوق التي تنص عليها القوانين في أوروبا”.
وأكدت الأندية مضيها قدما في تنفيذ هذا المشروع، داعية إلى التحاور من أجل بناء تصور جديد يخدم الكرة الأوروبية، بدل التصعيد والتهديد اللذين تبناهما الاتحاد الأوروبي في مواجهة رغبتها في بعث مسابقة جديدة.
وكان الاتحاد الأوروبي، قد أعلن مساء أمس الثلاثاء، أنه قرر فتح تحقيق ضد الأندية الثلاثة بسبب عدم إعلانها الانسحاب من المشروع، وقد توقع بعض الأطراف تسليط عقوبات بحرمان هذه الأندية من المشاركة في المسابقات الأوروبية خلال الموسم القادم.
