Saudi Arabia: An electronic portal to register vaccinated travelers

Doha: The Saudi General Authority for Civil Aviation has issued a circular to all airlines operating at The Kingdom’s airports, on the registration of data of arriving vaccinated passengers before their arrival in the Kingdom of non-citizens and excluded groups on the online vaccine registration portal via the link:

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the portal allows the vaccine to be electronically registered for vaccinated travelers arriving in the Kingdom through various non-citizen air ports and excluded groups, and to record their immunization data electronically, which facilitates their procedures upon arrival, for those who have completed all the regular procedures to come to the Kingdom.

The portal is to link passenger information directly with Tawakkalna app, to end the entry procedures for all arrivals to the Kingdom from all international air, sea and land ports from countries from which arrivals have not been suspended.

The circular stressed the need to register all fortified travelers coming to the Kingdom, non-Saudi citizens and excluded groups in the electronic registration portal for the vaccine, while complying with all requirements.

ووفقاً لوكالة الأنباء السعودية، تتيح البوابة تسجيل اللقاح إلكترونيًا للمسافرين المحصنين القادمين إلى المملكة عبر المنافذ الجوية المختلفة من غير المواطنين والفئات المستثناة، وتسجيل بياناتهم الخاصة بالتحصين إلكترونياً مما يسهم في تسهيل إجراءاتهم عند الوصول، وذلك لمن أتم جميع الإجراءات النظامية للقدوم للمملكة.

ومن المقرر أن تسهم البوابة في ربط معلومات المسافرين مباشرة مع تطبيق “توكلنا”، لإنهاء إجراءات دخول جميع القادمين إلى المملكة من جميع المنافذ الدولية للمملكة الجوية والبحرية والبرية من الدول التي لم يتم تعليق القدوم منها.

وأكد التعميم على ضرورة تسجيل جميع المسافرين المحصنين القادمين إلى المملكة من غير المواطنين السعوديين والفئات المستثناة في البوابة الإلكترونية المخصصة لتسجيل اللقاح إلكترونيًا، مع الالتزام بجميع الاشتراطات المطلوبة.
