Doha: After returning from Eid al-Fitr holiday, school administrations are preparing for the submission of final tests for the 2021-2022 academic year, review all measures related to precautionary measures, and schools will apply the Health and Safety Department guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, which were applied in the first semester tests as follows:
Distribution of students to committees, classes and halls, ensuring a maximum of 15 students from the Ministry of Education in each class to perform the tests.
Special classes have been allocated to students with chronic diseases, special isolation rooms for suspected cases, and classes for students with special needs have been allocated in accordance with system-based arrangements and facilities
Apply all precautionary measures in accordance with the instructions issued by the Ministry.
An entrance will also be allocated to bus attending students, and another entrance for students arriving in private cars, with temperature measurements, and to ensure that the student is committed to wearing mask.
School administrations are also completing the processing of the headquarters of the test committees, setting seating numbers, and equipping the school building through full sterilization before tests, where the formation of traffic committees and observers has been completed in accordance with the procedures adopted, and pending the decision of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education on the dependence of each school on its teaching and administrative staff to monitor and mark tests in the same school, or to exchange marking committees as is the case annually between schools.
The end-of-term tests for the second semester of the general high schools will begin on May 24th and end on June 12th, and transitional classes’ tests will begin on May 25th.
الدوحة: تعمل إدارات المدارس عقب العودة من إجازة عيد الفطر على الاستعداد لتقديم الاختبارات النهائية للعام الدراسي 2021-2022، ومراجعة كافة الإجراءات المتعلقة بالتدابير الاحترازية، كما ستطبق المدارس إرشادات إدارة الصحة والسلامة بوزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي التي تم تطبيقها في اختبارات الفصل الدراسي الأول وهي كالتالي:
توزيع الطلبة على اللجان والفصول والقاعات بما يضمن العدد المحدد من وزارة التعليم كحد أقصى 15 طالب في كل صف دراسي لأداء الاختبارات.
تم تخصيص قاعات خاصة للطلبة الذين يعانون من أمراض مزمنة، وقاعات خاصة للعزل لحالات الاشتباه، وتخصيص قاعات للطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وفق الترتيبات والتسهيلات المعتمدة على النظام .
تطبيق جميع الإجراءات الاحترازية وفقا للتعليمات الصادرة من الوزارة.
كما سيتم تخصيص مدخل لطلاب الحافلات، ومدخل آخر للطلاب القادمين بالسيارات الخاصة، مع قياس درجة الحرارة، والتأكد من التزام الطالب بارتداء الكمامة.
كما تستكمل الإدارات المدرسية تجهيز مقار لجان الاختبارات ووضع أرقام الجلوس، وتجهيز المبنى المدرسي من خلال تعقيمه بالكامل قبل الاختبارات، حيث تم الانتهاء من تشكيل لجان السير والملاحظين وفقاً للإجراءات المتبعة، وفي انتظار قرار وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي بشأن اعتماد كل مدرسة على الهيئة التدريسية والإدارية بها لمراقبة وتصحيح الاختبارات في نفس المدرسة، أو تبادل لجان السير كما هو متبع سنوياً بين المدارس.
يذكر أن اختبارات نهاية الفصل الدراسي الثاني للثانوية العامة سوف تنطلق يوم 24 مايو الجاري، وتنتهي يوم 12 يونيو، أما صفوف النقل سوف تنطلق اختباراتها في 25 مايو.
