Doha: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment posted five steps on its official Twitter account to recover the insurance amount for the camping season online, from the ministry of municipality and environment website.
Step 1: Access the environmental services from the ministry of Municipality and Environment website https://campweb.mme.gov.qa
Step 2: Access the camping system site for 2020, enter the personal number and phone number for the ID card holder (previously registered at the camping site).
Step 3: Choose the insurance refund request.
Step 4: Read the recovery terms carefully and choose the insurance refund year.
Step 5: Register the full IBAN number, make sure you choose the bank, make sure you attach a copy of the ID card, send the request, you will receive messages informing you of the status of the request until the amount of insurance is transferred to the account mentioned.
The Ministry of Municipality and Environment indicated that the place will be inspected by the Department of Protection and Wildlife, and in the absence of a violation the amount will be transferred to your personal account.

الخطوة الأولى: الدخول للخدمات البيئية من موقع وزارة البلدية والبيئة https://campweb.mme.gov.qa
الخطوة الثانية: الدخول لموقع نظام التخييم للعام 2020م، أدخل الرقم الشخصي وقم الهاتف لنفس صاحب البطاقة الشخصية (والمسجل من قبل بموقع التخييم).
الخطوة الثالثة: اختر طلب استرجاع التأمين.
الخطوة الرابعة: قراءة شروط الاسترجاع بعناية واختر سنة استرجاع التأمين.
الخطوة الخامسة والأخيرة: تسجيل رقم “الآيبان” كاملاً، تأكّد من اختيار البنك، تأكّد من إرفاق صورة من البطاقة الشخصية، إرسال الطلب، سوف تصلك رسائل بحالة الطلب حتى تحويل مبلغ التأمين للحساب المذكورة.
وأشارت وزارة البلدية والبيئة إلى أنّه سيتم معاينة المكان من قِبل إدارة الحماية والحياة الفطرية، وفي حال عدم وجود مخالفة سيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى حسابكم الشخصي.
