Doha: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment allowed citizens to make temporary camping for families on beaches during Eid al-Fitr holiday, in accordance with the restrictions imposed by the competent authorities, as many owners of cabins and caravans flocked to the various beaches scattered in the country to enjoy the holiday of Eid, especially since it became an alternative to travel abroad.
Al-Raya spotted many camping at Al Wakra Beach and met with a number of citizens who confirmed that allowing camping on the beaches during Eid holiday is an alternative to travel, where they are keen to be with their families and practice various activities, especially swimming, pointing out that the weather is still mild and they can enjoy being outside the air-conditioned cabins during the evening.
They complained that some people rented cabins to individuals, booking most of the beach space, which deprives many families of enjoying their presence on the beaches, demanding that those concerned prevent the exploitation of beaches in commercial activities, especially those with limited spaces such as Um Alhool and Al-Wakra beaches, and the allocation of certain beaches to this category not to deprive cabin owners of camping
They praised the municipality of Al-Wakra for allocating a number of containers for coal disposal, as well as significantly increasing the number of containers and deploying them on the beach, calling on inspectors to strictly control the beaches to prevent visitors from dumping waste or disposing of coal on the sand.
The Ministry of Municipality and Environment allows temporary camping on the beaches for the duration of Eid Holiday, which attracts many families to spend Eid on the beaches, where the beaches of Al Wakra, Um Alhool, Al-Ghariya, Fuwairit, Maroona, Al-Mafjar, Sealine, Khor alUdaid and other public beaches are the most popular beaches of this type of camping.

الدوحة: سمحت وزارة البلدية والبيئة للمُواطنين بالتخييم المُؤقت للعائلات على الشواطئ خلال إجازة عيد الفطر المبارك، وذلك التزامًا بالقيود التي فرضتها الجهات المُختصة، حيث توافد العديد من أصحاب الكبائن والكرفانات على الشواطئ المُختلفة والمُنتشرة بالبلاد للاستمتاع بإجازة العيد لا سيما أنها أصبحت بالنسبة لهم بديلًا عن السفر خارج البلاد.
الراية رصدت قيام الكثيرين بالتخييم في شاطئ الوكرة والتقت بعدد من المواطنين الذين أكّدوا أن السماح بالتخييم على الشواطئ خلال إجازة العيد هو بديل عن السفر، حيث يحرصون على التواجد برفقة أسرهم ومُمارسة الأنشطة المُختلفة وفي مقدمتها السباحة، لافتين إلى أن الطقس لا يزال معتدلًا ويستطيعون الاستمتاع بالتواجد خارج الكبائن المكيفة خلال الفترة المسائية.
واشتكى هؤلاء من قيام بعض الأشخاص بتأجير الكبائن للأفراد، حيث يحجزون معظم المساحات الشاطئية ما يحرم الكثير من الأسر من الاستمتاع بالتواجد على الشواطئ، مُطالبين الجهات المعنية بمنع استغلال الشواطئ في الأنشطة التجارية، خاصة التي تحتوي على مساحات محدودة مثل شاطئ أم الحول والوكرة وتخصيص شواطئ معينة لهذه الفئة لعدم حرمان أصحاب الكبائن من التخييم.
وأثنوا على قيام بلدية الوكرة بتخصيص عدد من الحاويات للتخلص من الفحم، فضلًا عن زيادة عدد الحاويات ونشرها بشكل كبير على الشاطئ، داعين المُفتشين لفرض رقابة صارمة على الشواطئ لمنع الزوار من إلقاء المُخلفات فيها أو التخلص من الفحم على الرمال.
وتسمح وزارة البلدية والبيئة بالتخييم المُؤقت على الشواطئ طيلة مدة إجازة العيد ما يجذب الكثير من الأسر لقضاء العيد على الشواطئ، حيث تعتبر شواطئ الوكرة وأم الحول والغارية وفويرط والمرونة والمفير وسيلين وخور العديد وغيرها من الشواطئ العامة أكثر الشواطئ التي تشهد مثل هذا النوع من التخييم.
