Doha: Lt. Col. Massoud al-Qahtani, head of the Ministry of Interior’s Ehteraz Committee. explained that with regard to Ehteraz’s warning message that there is an infected or quarantined person, which may appear while roaming the highway or in the car, he explained that this message may appear in two cases, either near a person on his way to quarantine, his Ehteraz app status has changed to yellow, or you are close to someone who is not abiding by quarantine rules and precautionary procedures.
He added that the ministry will intensify patrols and field teams during Eid Al-Fitr’s period to follow up on compliance with precautionary measures among members of the community, pointing out that the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers to reduce the outbreak of Coronavirus are still in force until the date of the gradual lifting of restrictions, the first phase of which will be on The 28th of May.
Lt. Col. Al-Qahtani said that with regard to checkpoints aimed at ensuring the application of precautionary measures, more than 300,000 vehicles have been scrutinized for compliance with precautionary measures and violators are dealt with in accordance with the law. He explained that the violations that are issued daily include not wearing masks, not downloading the Ehteraz application and violating quarantine and the number of people allowed in the same vehicle as well as gatherings, pointing out that the most common violations are the ones of not wearing masks.

الدوحة: أوضح المقدم مسعود القحطاني رئيس خلية احتراز التابعة لوزارة الداخلية أنه فيما يخص رسالة تنبيه احتراز بوجود شخص مصاب أو تحت الحجر _التي قد تظهر أثناء التجوال في الطريق العام أو في السيارة_ أوضح بأن هذه الرسالة قد تظهر في حالتين إما أن تكون بقرب شخص في طريقه إلى الحجر الصحي وقد تغير احترازه للون الأصفر أو أنك بالقرب من شخص مخالف لقواعد الحجر والإجراءات الاحترازية.
وأضاف أن الوزارة ستقوم بتكثيف الدوريات والفرق الميدانية خلال فترة العيد لمتابعة الالتزام بالإجراءات الاحترازية بين أفراد المجتمع، مشيرا إلى أن القرارات التي أصدرها مجلس الوزراء للحد من تفشي فيروس كورونا لا تزال سارية حتى موعد الرفع التدريجي للقيود والذي ستكون المرحلة الأولى منه يوم 28 الجاري.
وقال المقدم القحطاني إنه فيما يتعلق بنقاط التفتيش التي تهدف إلى التأكد من تطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية، فقد تم التدقيق على أكثر من 300 ألف مركبة بشأن الالتزام بتطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية ويتم التعامل مع المخالفين وفق القانون. موضحاً أن المخالفات التي تصدر يوميا تشمل تطبيق عدم ارتداء الكمامة وتحميل تطبيق احتراز والمخالفين للعزل الصحي وعدد الأشخاص المسموح به في المركبة وكذلك التجمعات، لافتا إلى أن أكثر المخالفات شيوعا هي مخالفة عدم ارتداء الكمامة.
