Beware of making 3 mistakes during home quarantine to prevent Coronavirus infection

The director of the Department of Therapeutic and Community Nutrition at the Primary Health Care Foundation warned of three mistakes that many people make during home quarantine, which can lead to the infection of the new coronavirus (Coved 19).
In an awareness video posted by Al-Rayyan tv on its Twitter account on Monday, Mody Al-Hajri explained that many people have an error in implementing home quarantine, pointing out 3 mistakes:
* First, domestic workers unnecessarily going out, as it has recently been observed that domestic workers are in contact with each other and that the necessary precautionary measures are not adhered to.
* Second: The misconception: visits and family gatherings, like visits to family, friends, relatives, neighbors that we must avoid at this crucial time.
* Third: distance, when going out for extreme necessity take precautions and leave a distance of two meters between others.
The Ministry of Health emphasizes the importance of the commitment of all members of the community to stay at home and to go out only when necessary and to take full care to apply preventive measures and maintain the social distancing and safe distance from others to reduce the likelihood of contracting the virus.
It recommends visiting its website regularly for the latest information and guidance on the “Covid-19” virus, including the medical face masks guidance manual recently added to the site.

حذرت مدير إدارة التغذية العلاجية والمجتمعية بمؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية من 3 أخطاء يقع فيها كثير من الناس خلال العزل المنزلي وهو ما يمكن أن يؤدي إلى الإصابة بفيروس كورونا المستجد “كوفيد 19”.
وأوضحت موضي الهاجري في فيديو توعوي نشرته قناة الريان على حسابها بموقع تويتر اليوم الإثنين أن لدى كثير من الناس خطأ في تنفيذ العزل المنزلي، مشيرة إلى 3 أخطاء وهي:
* أولاً خروج العمالة المنزلية لغير الضرورة، حيث لوحظ في الآونة الأخيرة مخالطة العمالة المنزلية بأخرى وعدم التقيد بالإجراءات الاحترازية الضرورية .
* ثانياً: المفهوم الخاطئ: هي الزيارات والتجمعات العائلية التي يقصد بها، زيارات الأهل، الأصدقاء، الأقارب، الجيران التي يتوجب علينا في هذه الفترة الحاسمة تجنبها.
* ثالثاً: المسافة، حيث إنه يجب عند الخروج للضرورة القصوى اتخاذ الإجراءات الإحترازية وهي ترك مسافة بمقدار مترين بين الآخرين.
وتؤكد وزارة الصحة على أهمية التزام جميع أفراد المجتمع بالبقاء في المنزل وعدم الخروج إلا في حالات الضرورة والحرص التام على تطبيق الإجراءات الوقائية والمحافظة على البعد الاجتماعي والمسافة الآمنة من الآخرين للتقليل من احتمال إصابتهم بالفيروس.
وتوصي بزيارة صفحتها الإلكترونية بشكل منتظم للاطلاع على آخر المعلومات والإرشادات المتعلقة بفيروس “كوفيد-19” بما فيها الدليل الإرشادي المتعلق باستخدام الكمام الطبي والذي تم إضافته مؤخراً على الموقع.
