Doha: HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani chaired Wednesday via videoconference the Cabinet’s regular meeting.
Following the meeting, HE the Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr. Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi said the following statement:
At the beginning of the meeting, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs briefed the Cabinet on the most important political issues and current developments at the regional and international levels, and Qatar’s bilateral relations with other countries.
Then, the Cabinet listened to the explanation provided by HE Minister of Public Health on the latest developments to limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the Cabinet confirmed the continuation of work with the measures and precautionary measures taken in order to combat this epidemic.
The Cabinet then considered the topics listed on its agenda.
The Cabinet took the necessary measures to issue a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. (5) of 2015 regarding similar commercial, industrial and public shops and street vendors, after the Cabinet reviewed the Shura Council’s recommendation on the draft law.
The Cabinet approved a draft memorandum of understanding between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of the State of Kuwait in the field of charitable and humanitarian work.
It also approved a draft agreement for the mutual inclusion of lands in the satellite service area between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of the Kingdom of Morocco for the satellite networks regulated by Appendices (30/30 A) and Appendix (30 B) of the Radio Regulations 2021.
It also approved a draft agreement for cooperation in the cultural field between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
The Cabinet reviewed the seventh report on the results of the work of the coordination committee between the entities operating at Hamad International Airport during the period from 1/10/2020 to 31/3/2021, and took the appropriate decision in this regard.
Established at the Civil Aviation Authority, this committee is responsible for, among other things, coordinating the work between all the parties operating at Hamad International Airport to facilitate the operations and activities of air transport and the movement of aircraft, passengers, goods and post to and from the state, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, and to provide the necessary requirements to facilitate the work of the airport activities.

الدوحة: ترأس معالي الشيخ خالد بن خليفة بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس مساء الأمس عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي.
وعقب الاجتماع أدلى سعادة الدكتور عيسى بن سعد الجفالي النعيمي وزير العدل والقائم بأعمال وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي:
في بداية الاجتماع أحاط سعادة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، مجلس الوزراء بأهم القضايا السياسية والتطورات الراهنة على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي، وعلاقات دولة قطر الثنائية مع الدول الأخرى.
ثم استمع المجلس إلى الشرح الذي قدمه سعادة وزير الصحة العامة حول آخر المستجدات والتطورات للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19)، وأكد المجلس على استمرار العمل بما تم اتخاذه من إجراءات وتدابير احترازية في سبيل مكافحة هذا الوباء.
وبعد ذلك نظر مجلس الوزراء في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال على النحو التالي:
أولا- اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لاستصدار مشروع قانون بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2015 بشأن المحال التجارية والصناعية والعامة المماثلة والباعة المتجولين، وذلك بعد أن اطلع مجلس الوزراء على توصية مجلس الشورى حول مشروع القانون.
ثانيا- الموافقة على:
1- مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دولة الكويت في مجال العمل الخيري والإنساني.
2- مشروع اتفاقية لإدراج وتضمين متبادل للأراضي في منطقة الخدمة الساتلية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة المملكة المغربية للشبكات الساتلية التي تنظمها التذييلات (30/30 أ) والتذييل (30 ب) من لوائح الراديو 2021.
3- مشروع اتفاقية للتعاون في المجال الثقافي بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية بنغلاديش الشعبية.
ثالثا- استعرض مجلس الوزراء التقرير السابع بنتائج أعمال لجنة التنسيق بين الجهات العاملة بمطار حمد الدولي خلال الفترة من 1 / 10 / 2020 إلى 31 / 3 / 2021، واتخذ بشأنه القرار المناسب.
وتختص هذه اللجنة المنشأة في الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني، من بين ما تختص به، بتنسيق العمل بين جميع الجهات العاملة بمطار حمد الدولي، لتسهيل عمليات وأنشطة النقل الجوي وحركة الطائرات والركاب والبضائع والبريد من وإلى الدولة، وذلك وفق القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها، وتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لتسهيل وتيسير العمل بأنشطة المطار.
