Amiri Corps of Engineering, Ashghal Ink MoU
سلاح المهندسين الأميري و”أشغال” يوقعان مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون

Doha: The Qatari Amiri Corps of Engineers (QACE) and the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of HE President of the Public Works Authority Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmed Al Muhannadi and HE Commander of the Qatar Amiri Corps of Engineers Major General Eng. Essa bin Ali Al Kubaisi.
The MoU aims to enhance cooperation between the two entities, and benefit from resources through the exchange of expertise, engineering, and technical references for implementing projects in several areas.
The MoU specifies cooperation between Ashghal and QACE to develop human resources through the conduction of training programs, events, discussion forums, and joint workshops quarterly.
In his words, HE President of Ashghal Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmed Al Muhannadi said that the authority is keen to enhance cooperation and partnership with all state entities to implement various programs. He expressed pleasure in signing the MoU with the Qatari Amiri Corps of Engineers to enhance cooperation between the two entities in many areas of training by contributing to build the project management system.
For his part, HE Commander of Qatari Amiri Corps of Engineers Major General Eng. Essa bin Ali Al Kubaisi said that QACE is proud to work closely with Ashghal to provide appropriate professional training programs for employees of both entities, pointing out that the common areas are chosen carefully to achieve highest levels of mutual benefit.

الدوحة: وقع سلاح المهندسين الأميري القطري وهيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون المشترك بين الطرفين، والاستفادة من مواردهما من خلال تبادل الخبرات والمراجع الهندسية والفنية لتنفيذ المشاريع في مجالات عدة.
وتُعنى المذكرة بتعاون هيئة الأشغال العامة وسلاح المهندسين الأميري لتطوير الموارد البشرية، وإقامة البرامج التدريبية، والفعاليات والمنتديات، والورش المشتركة ربع سنويًا.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال سعادة الدكتور المهندس سعد بن أحمد المهندي، رئيس هيئة الأشغال العامة إن الهيئة حريصة على تعزيز التعاون والشراكة مع جهات الدولة كافة لتنفيذ البرامج المتنوعة.
وأعرب عن سعادته بتوقيع مذكرة التفاهم مع سلاح المهندسين الأميري لتعزيز التعاون المشترك بين الطرفين في العديد من المجالات التدريبية من خلال المساهمة في بناء منظومة إدارة المشاريع.
من جانبه، قال سعادة اللواء (مهندس) عيسى بن علي الكبيسي، قائد سلاح المهندسين الأميري “إننا نفخر بالعمل عن كثب مع هيئة الأشغال العامة لتوفير البرامج التدريبية والمهنية المناسبة للكوادر البشرية لمنتسبي كلا الجهتين”، مشيرًا إلى أنه قد تم اختيار المجالات المشتركة بعناية لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الاستفادة المتبادلة.
