FIFA Arab Cup 2021 Tickets to Go On Sale

Doha: With the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 set to kick off on 30 November, fans will have the chance to secure tickets starting Tuesday, September 28 at 12:00pm local time. Tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis through the official FIFA ticketing website.

The tournament, which brings together the best teams from the Arab world, will also witness the inauguration of two FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums, Al Bayt and Ras Abu Aboud.

The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC), ahead of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021, has also launched the Fan ID programme. Providing fans with free access to public transportation on match days throughout the tournament, the smart technology identification card will be mandatory for all ticket holders that want to attend matches. A mobile app will also be available for download ahead of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021, enhancing the overall fan experience.

“The launch of the Fan ID programme is a crucial step forward in our efforts to provide a memorable experience for fans in Qatar,” said Maryam Al Muftah, the SCs Digital Services & Innovation Director. “The FIFA Arab Cup provides a valuable opportunity for us to fine-tune our preparations for Qatar 2022 and ensuring the efficiency of our Fan ID system will be an essential element that we will have the chance to evaluate during the end-of-year competition,” she added.

Fans planning to attend the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 will be able to apply for their Fan ID once they have paid for their match tickets and have received their ticket confirmation number.

Tickets for the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 are available exclusively through FIFA.com/tickets, where fans can also find detailed information on prices. Applications for the Fan ID can then be made online via the dedicated portal (FAC21.qa live as of 28 September).

Online Fan ID applications require a valid passport or Qatar ID along with a valid FIFA match ticket confirmation number. Fans under the age of 14 will need to have their applications submitted for them by a parent. Once Fan ID applications have been approved, fans can collect their unique smart identification cards from either the Doha Exhibition Centre or Hamad International Airport.

Customer service support will also be made available to answer public enquiries through a dedicated hotline (+974 800-8052 Qatar only), by email (supportFAC21.qa) or through the Fan ID portal.

In light of public health measures put in place to limit the spread of COVID-19, tournament organisers will provide the required safeguards to protect the health and safety of all involved in the competition. To date, ticket holders are required to be fully vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), and attendees must also follow travel advice issued by the Qatari authorities in guidance from the MoPH.

The FIFA Arab Cup 2021 will bring 16 teams from around the Arab world and will give fans a glimpse of what to expect when Qatar hosts the World Cup one year later.

الدوحة: أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم /الفيفا/ عن طرح تذاكر منافسات بطولة كأس العرب /فيفا قطر 2021/ عبر موقعه الإلكتروني اعتباراً من يوم /الثلاثاء/ عند الثانية عشرة ظهراً بتوقيت الدوحة، وذلك وفق أسبقية الشراء.

وستشهد البطولة المرتقبة الإعلان عن جاهزية اثنين من استادات بطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم /فيفا قطر 2022/، وهما استاد البيت الذي سيستضيف مباراتي الافتتاح والنهائي، واستاد راس أبو عبود، أول استاد قابل للتفكيك بالكامل في تاريخ المونديال.

وأعلنت اللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث عن تطبيق نظام بطاقة المشجع خلال بطولة كأس العرب، حيث سيتعين على جميع حاملي تذاكر المباريات استصدار بطاقة المشجع الإلزامية للدخول إلى استادات البطولة، وهي بطاقة تعريف ذكية ستتيح للمشجعين إمكانية استخدام وسائل النقل العام بالمجان خلال أيام المباريات، كما سيجري طرح تطبيق للهواتف الذكية قبل البطولة، بهدف تعزيز تجربة المشجعين في دولة قطر.

وقالت السيدة مريم المفتاح، مدير إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات باللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث: “يعتبر البدء بتفعيل بطاقة المشجع خطوة هامة داعمة لجهودنا الرامية لتقديم تجربة استثنائية لا تُنسى لكافة المشجعين والزوار المتوقع قدومهم إلى قطر”.

وأضافت المفتاح: “ستمثل بطولة كأس العرب /فيفا قطر 2021/ فرصة ذهبية للارتقاء بالاستعدادات لاستضافة مونديال /قطر 2022/، ومن بينها خدمات بطاقة المشجع التي سنقوم بتقييم فعاليتها بعد انتهاء منافسات بطولة كأس العرب”.

ويتعين على المشجعين الراغبين في حضور منافسات كأس العرب التقدم للحصول على بطاقة المشجع بمجرد دفع قيمة تذاكرهم واستلام رقم طلب الشراء عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وتتوفر تذاكر المباريات بشكل حصري على الموقع الإلكتروني FIFA.com/tickets والذي يتيح للمشجعين الاطلاع على مزيد من التفاصيل حول أسعار التذاكر.

وسيكون بمقدور المشجعين تقديم طلباتهم للحصول على بطاقة المشجع اعتبارا من اليوم الثلاثاء عبر الموقع الإلكتروني: FAC21.qa.

ويتطلب استصدار بطاقة المشجع عبر الإنترنت تقديم نسخة عن جواز سفر أو بطاقة شخصية سارية، بالإضافة إلى تذكرة مباراة، علاوة على رقم التأكيد، ويتعين على أولياء أمور المشجعين ممن تقل أعمارهم عن 14 عاماً تقديم طلب الحصول على بطاقة المشجع نيابة عن أبنائهم. وبمجرد الموافقة على طلب إصدار هذه البطاقة، بإمكان المشجع التوجه لاستلام بطاقته من مركز الدوحة للمعارض أو مطار حمد الدولي.

وسيتم إتاحة خدمة دعم العملاء للإجابة على كافة الاستفسارات والأسئلة المتعلقة ببطاقة المشجع على الخط الساخن 009748008052 لسكان دولة قطر فقط، أو مراسلة فريق الدعم عبر البريد الإلكتروني: support@FAC21.qa، أو من خلال الموقع المخصص لبطاقات المشجعين.

وفي ضوء التحديات الراهنة التي يفرضها وباء كورونا /كوفيد-19/، ستطبق دولة قطر كافة الإجراءات الوقائية لضمان صحة وسلامة كافة المشاركين في منافسات البطولة، ويشترط لحضور المباريات الحصول على الجرعة الكاملة لأحد لقاحات /كوفيد -19/ المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة في قطر، والالتزام بإرشادات السفر التي أقرتها الوزارة في هذا الشأن.

يشار إلى أن بطولة كأس العرب 2021، التي ستقام منافساتها من 30 نوفمبر إلى 18 ديسمبر المقبلين، ستشهد تنافس 16 منتخباً عربياً على الفوز بلقب البطولة التي يتوقع أن تقدم للمشجعين والزوار لمحة عن التجربة الفريدة التي تنتظرهم في قطر عند استضافتها مونديال كرة القدم العام المقبل.
