Turkish chef Burak Ozdemir’ announcement that he is close to opening a branch of his famous restaurant in Qatar has received a huge social media interaction in Qatar.
According to Anadolu News Agency, al-Baladi group of companies announced the signing of an agreement with Chef Burak to open a branch of his well-known restaurant in Doha, and the chairman of the board of directors of the group of companies of “al-Baladi” Mohammed Abdullah al-Attiyah, said that they received many congratulatory messages after sharing pictures of the signing ceremony of the agreement, pointing out that they and the citizens are waiting for the opening of the restaurant eagerly, without mentioning a specific date.
Al-Attiyah also stressed that “Turkish-Qatari cooperation is evolving day by day, and it will become stronger,” noting that Turkey “with its strategic location, demographic structure and large market offers many products that are very popular,” pointing out that it “also provides great and important investment opportunities.”
He added that the supermarket chain “Souk Al Baladi” owned by the group “offers products from more than 50 Turkish companies and employs Turkish citizens in their markets,” continuing: “We import vegetables, fruits and all food and household items of all kinds from Turkey, which are characterized by their comprehensive needs of consumers by providing fresh and distinct materials that have become increasingly demanded.”
Chef Burak said in a tweet on his Twitter account: “The new CZN Burak branch in Qatar is very close.”
The Turkish Embassy in Doha also posted on Twitter a meeting with Chef Burak with Ankara’s Ambassador to Doha Mustafa Kokso, who congratulated him on his new project as a new station for cooperation between Turkey and Qatar.
The Turkish chef, who owns Al Madina restaurant, shares his own dishes of Oriental and Anatolian cuisine on social media platforms with his famous smile in front of the camera.

حظي إعلان الشيف التركي بوراك أوزدمير صاحب الشهرة الواسعة بالعالم العربي عن قرب افتتاح فرع لمطعمه الشهير في قطر، بتفاعل كبير عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في قطر.
ووفقا لوكالة الأناضول للأنباء فقد أعلنت مجموعة شركات “البلدي” توقيع اتفاقية مع الشيف بوراك لافتتاح فرع لمطعمه المعروف في الدوحة، وقال رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة شركات “البلدي” محمد عبد الله العطية، إنهم تلقوا العديد من رسائل التهنئة بعد مشاركة صور حفل توقيع الاتفاق، مشيرا أنهم والمواطنين بانتظار افتتاح المطعم بفارغ الصبر، دون ذكر موعد محدد.
كما أكد العطية أن “التعاون التركي القطري يتطور يوماً بعد يوم، وأنه سيزداد قوة”، مشيرا إلى أن تركيا “بموقعها الاستراتيجي وهيكلها الديمغرافي وسوقها الكبيرة تقدم العديد من المنتجات التي تلقى إقبالا كبيرا”، لافتا إلى أنها “توفر كذلك فرصا استثمارية كبيرة وهامة”.
وأضاف إن سلسلة سوبر ماركت “سوق البلدي” التي تملكها المجموعة “تقدم منتجات من أكثر من 50 شركة تركية وتوظف مواطنين أتراك في أسواقها”، متابعا:”نستورد يوميا الخضار والفواكه وكافة المواد الغذائية والمستلزمات المنزلية بأنواعها من تركيا، والتي تتميز بشموليتها لاحتياجات المستهلكين بتوفير المواد الطازجة والمتميزة التي أصبحت محل طلب متزايد”.
وكان الشيف بُراك قال في تغريدة عبر حسابه على تويتر: “فرع سيزن بوراك الجديد في قطر قريب جدا”.
كما نشرت السفارة التركية بالدوحة عبر تويتر لقاء للشيف بُراك مع سفير أنقرة لدى الدوحة مصطفى كوكصو، الذي هنأه بمشروعه الجديد كمحطة جديدة للتعاون بين تركيا وقطر.
يذكر ان الشيف التركي صاحب مطعم “المدينة” يشارك أطباقه الخاصة من المطبخ الشرقي والأناضولي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي عبر عروض بابتسامته الشهيرة أمام الكاميرا.
