Sudanese president attends graduation ceremony of Qatari cadets
الرئيس السوداني يشهد تخريج الدفعة 64 (ب) من مرشحي الضباط القطريين
Sudanese President Field Marshal Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir, the Commander in Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces attended on Sunday the graduation ceremony of batch 64 B of Qatari cadets at the Stadium of the Military College in Omdurman.
The ceremony was part of the Sudanese Army’s celebrations of graduating a number of batches from the local military colleges in the presence of Sudanese Minister of Defence Staff Lieutenant General Awad Mohamed Ahmed bin Aouf, Sudanese Joint Chief of Staff Lt General Kamal Abdul Maarouf al-Mahi, Major General Sami Bakheet al-Jattal, representative of HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs – Qatari Military Attache to Sudan as well as a number of ministers, senior officers of the armed forces and military attaches from friendly countries.
After reviewing a military parade, the Sudanese President honoured students who excelled in their studies. A total of 108 Qatari cadets had received theoretical and practical military training that qualified them to graduate as second lieutenants who will work in the Qatari Armed Forces. They spent one-and-a-half years at the Sudanese Military College for training from March 2017, and specialised in various related courses including reconnaissance, special operations and others. The graduation ceremony was attended by a number of the families of some graduates who travelled from Doha to Khartoum.
شهِد المشير عمر حسن أحمد البشير رئيس جمهورية السودان الشقيقة القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة السودانية باستاد الكلية الحربية بأم درمان، أمس الأول الأحد، احتفال تخريج الدفعة 64 (ب) من مرشحي الضباط القطريين، وذلك ضمن احتفالات الجيش السوداني بتخريج عدد من الدفعات، بحضور الفريق أول ركن عوض محمد أحمد بن عوف وزير الدفاع السوداني، والفريق أول ركن كمال عبد المعروف الماحي رئيس الأركان المشتركة السودانية، واللواء الركن سامي بخيت الجتال ممثل سعادة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدولة لشؤون الدفاع – الملحق العسكري القطري بالجمهورية السودانية، وعدد من الوزراء، وكبار ضباط القوات المسلحة، والملحقين العسكريين من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة.
وكرّم فخامة الرئيس البشير القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة السودانية، الطلاب المتفوقين من الخريجين، بعد أن تقدم قائد الطابور، مستأذناً القائد الأعلى، بتفتيش طابور الخريجين، ثم قام الخريجون بالاستعراض بالمسير البطيء والعادي.
وتلقى مرشحو الضباط القطريين، والبالغ عددهم 108 طلاب، تدريبات عسكرية ميدانية، ومحاضرات أهلتهم للتخرّج برتبة ملازم، للعمل بوحدات القوات المسلحة القطرية، كما تلقت هذه الدفعة المتميزة دورات تخصصية في الصاعقة، والقوات الخاصة، ودورات الاستطلاع، والدروع.
يذكر أن الضباط الخريجين قضوا عاماً ونصف العام بالكلية الحربية السودانية، علماً بأن بداية التدريب كانت في مارس 2017م.
حضر حفل التخريج عدد من أسر الضباط الخريجين الذين توافدوا من الدوحة على الخرطوم، لمشاركة أبنائهم أسود الدوحة احتفالات تخريجهم.;
