Doha: Barwa Real Estate Group announced signing a new financing agreement for the amount of $92.85 million. The purpose of the new facility is to finance a part of the budgeted capital expenditures of the projects for the year 2021.
The term of the new financing is up to 5 years. Note that the new financing is in compliance with the provisions of Sharia. It should be noted that there is no conflict of interest between the contracting parties in this agreement.
Barwa Real Estate Group was established in 2005 and was listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange in 2006, and its authorized capital is 3 billion riyals and 891 million 246 thousand and 370 riyals, and the number of its tradable shares is 3 billion, 885 million and 947 thousand and 400 shares.

الدوحة: أعلنت مجموعة بروة العقارية (شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) عن توقيعها اتفاقية تمويل بقيمة 92.85 مليون دولار، بغرض تمويل جزء من النفقات الرأسمالية للمشاريع للعام 2021.
وذكرت المجموعة أن مدة التمويل الجديد تصل إلى 5 سنوات بما يتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، مشيرة إلى عدم وجود أي تضارب للمصالح بين الأطراف المتعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية.
يشار إلى أن مجموعة بروة العقارية تم تأسيسها في عام 2005، وأدرجت في بورصة قطر في العام 2006، ويبلغ رأس مالها المصرح به 3 مليارات ريال و891 مليونا و246 ألفا و370 ريالا، وعدد أسهمها القابلة للتداول 3 مليارات و885 مليونا و947 ألفا و400 سهم.
