GCO Launches Labour Laws Information Service on WhatsApp
الاتصال الحكومي يطلق خدمة توفير المعلومات بشأن قوانين العمل عبر “واتساب”

Doha: The Government Communications Office of the State of Qatar, in cooperation with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs, yesterday launched a service to provide information regarding Qatar labour laws and regulations on WhatsApp.
The new, free service is a helpful source of up-to-date, reliable information for employers and expatriate workers about their rights, Qatar Visa Centres, answers to the most frequently asked questions about labour laws.
This 24-hour information service is an automated chatbot and is available in six languages: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali and Malayalam.
Everyone can subscribe to this free service by adding the number +974 6006 0601 in your phone contacts, and then sending a WhatsApp message in any of the six available languages to get started.

الدوحة: أطلق مكتب الاتصال الحكومي في دولة قطر بالتعاون مع وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية يوم أمس خدمة لتوفير المعلومات حول قوانين وأنظمة العمل في دولة قطر عبر تطبيق واتساب.
وتعد هذه الخدمة المجانية الجديدة مصدراً غنياً لتوفير معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة لأصحاب العمل والعمالة الوافدة حول حقوقهم وواجباتهم، ومراكز تأشيرات قطر، والحصول على أجوبة عن الأسئلة الأكثر شيوعاً حول قوانين العمل.
وتتمثل هذه الخدمة في محادثة آلية توفر المعلومات على مدار الساعة وبست لغات، هي: العربية، والإنجليزية، والأردية، والهندية، والنيبالية، والماليالامية.
ويمكن الاشتراك في هذه الخدمة المجانية عبر إضافة الرقم 0601 6006 974+ إلى قائمة جهات الاتصال على الهاتف المتنقل، ومن ثم إرسال رسالة نصية عبر تطبيق واتساب إلى هذا الرقم بأي لغة من اللغات المذكورة أعلاه لتفعيلها.
