MEC announces recall of Porsche wooden toy car
الاقتصاد والتجارة تعلن عن استدعاء سيارة لعبة خشبية من بورشه
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Porsche Centre Doha – Al Boraq Automobiles, has announced the recall of Porsche wooden toy car (WAPO400110G model) over the potential separation of game wheels, which constitutes a suffocation risk for children.
In a statement yesterday, the ministry said the recall campaign came within the framework of its ongoing efforts to ensure that suppliers followed up on product defects and repair defective items.
The MEC has advised consumers to remove the toy from children and seek a refund.

أعلنت وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة بالتعاون مع شركة بورشه عن استدعاء سيارة لعبة خشبية من بورشه WAP0400110G وذلك لاحتمالية انفصال عجلات اللعبة مما يشكل خطر اختناق الأطفال.
ويأتي هذا الاجراء في إطار التنسيق والمتابعة المستمرة من وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة للتأكد من مدى التزام وتقيد الوكلاء بمتابعة عيوب السلعة وتصحيحها لحماية حقوق المستهلكين . وقد دعت الوزارة لابعاد اللعبة عن الطفل والتواصل مع الشركة لاسترداد مبلغ الشراء
وأكدت الوزارة أنه سيتم التنسيق مع وكيل الشركة للتأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات في السلعة التي تشملها العيوب .
