Doha: The competent authorities at the Ministry of Interior referred one person to the Public Prosecution Office for violating the pledge undertaken for holding a social event “marriage”, by exceeding the number of people allowed on the occasion.

The ministry tweeted that the referral was based on the distinguished cabinet decision and decree law No. (17) of 1990 on infectious diseases and preventive and precautionary measures in place to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19).

الدوحة: أحالت الجهات المختصة بوزارة الداخلية شخصًا إلى النيابة العامة لمخالفته التعهد الخاص بإقامة حفل «زواج»، متجاوزًا العدد المسموح به من الأشخاص في المناسبة.

وقالت الوزارة في حسابها على موقع تويتر، إن الإحالة جاءت استنادًا لقرار مجلس الوزراء الموقر وعلى المرسوم بقانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الأمراض المعدية والإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية المعمول بها للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد – 19).
