Ministry Issues Notice on Promoting State-Owned Real Estate
الوزارة تصدر تنويها حول ترويج العقارات المملوكة للدولة

Doha: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment issued Monday a notice about promoting the sale or disposal of unconfirmed real estate claiming they are desert homes, sea chalets or other state-owned properties.
The Ministry said that it has been noticed recently increasing promotions on such properties through various media outlets, stressing that the aforementioned real estate is subject to the provisions of Law No. (10) of 1987 regarding public and private state property, its amendments and executive decisions, given that they are among state property, therefore they are not allowed to be disposed of by selling, buying, assigning, claiming ownership, benefiting from, or arranging any in-kind rights over them without the official approval by the concerned department in the Ministry, namely the Department of State Properties.
In accordance with the provisions of the abovementioned Law No. (10) of 1987, the Ministry calls on the public not to deal with any advertisements related to desert houses or sea chalets except after referring to the Department of State Properties or the Livestock Department, in order to ensure their legal status.

الدوحة: أصدرت وزارة البلدية والبيئة، الأمس، تنويهاً حول الترويج بالبيع أو التصرف في عقارات غير مثبتة على ادعاء أنها بيوت بر أو شاليهات بحرية وغيرها من العقارات المملوكة للدولة.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنه لوحظ في الآونة الأخيرة تنامي هذه الظاهرة بالإعلان عنها عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، مؤكدة أن العقارات المشار إليها خاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم 10 لسنة 1987 بشأن أملاك الدولة العامة والخاصة وتعديلاته وقراراته التنفيذية نظرا لأنها من قبيل أملاك الدولة، “ومن ثم فإنه لا يجوز التصرف فيها بالبيع أو الشراء أو التنازل، أو الادعاء بملكيتها أو الانتفاع بها أو ترتيب أية حقوق عينية عليها دون الموافقة الرسمية من الإدارة المعنية بالوزارة /إدارة أملاك الدولة/”.
ولفتت الوزارة إلى أنه وفقا لأحكام القانون رقم 10 لسنة 1987 المشار إليه، فإنها تهيب بالجمهور الكريم بعدم التعامل مع أي إعلانات تتعلق ببيوت البر أو الشاليهات إلا بعد الرجوع لإدارة أملاك الدولة أو إدارة الثروة الحيوانية بالنسبة للعزب للتأكد من وضعها القانوني.
