VOGUE CAFE OPENS IN QATAR

LONDON/DOHA, QATAR – Vogue Cafee Doha opened its doors on 26 August 2023 under a licensing agreement between Voute Business Services and Condé Nast.
Vogue Cafe Doha is located in the ultra-luxurious mall Place Vendome in Lusail; a new leading luxury flagship mall in the GCC region. This Parisian-inspired development hosts some of the world’s largest luxury retail flagship stores as well as premium hotels and restaurants. As the newest addition to the local Doha culinary scene, Vogue Cafe Doha will offer an all-day menu of modern Mediterranean cuisine with Arabic influences and a beautiful selection of homemade patisseries, pastries and specialty coffees
Decorated throughout in mineral greens and pale yellows, signature mesh chandeliers, Arabic tiling and featuring iconic and bold photography from the global archives of Vogue, emphasizing Vogue Arabia, Vogue Cafe Doha is set to offer the chicest dining experience in the city.

Vogue Cafe Doha, located on the first floor of the mall, features a 70 cover restaurant spread over 350 square meters with an outside terrace of 40 covers overlooking the central dancing fountains.
Joining Vogue Cafe Doha is Executive Chef Farid Hattab, whose career spans 15 years. Trained in Italian and Japanese culinary techniques with experience from Lebanon, Egypt and Spain, Farid’s seasonal menu includes Asparagus Tempura, Corn Croquettes, Arabic tropical fruit salad and a grilled lemon-dill glazed Salmon Fillet with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Desserts include a signature Saffron Crème Brule.

يقع فوغ كافيه في مول بلاس فندوم الفخم في لوسيل، مركز تجاري مترف وجديد، ورائد في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. يستضيف هذا المعلم المستوحى من الطراز الباريسي بعضاً من أكبر متاجر التجزئة الراقية في العالم بالإضافة إلى الفنادق والمطاعم الفاخرة. وباعتباره أحدث إضافة إلى مشهد الطهي المحلي في الدوحة، سيقدم فوغ كافيه وجبات الطعام المتوسطية الحديثة مع لمسة عربية طوال اليوم، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من المعجنات محلية الصنع والقهوة المتخصصة.
تم تصميم المقهى باللون الأخضر المعدني والأصفر الخفيف مع البلاط العربي والثريات الشبكية المميزة، ويتميز بصور فوتوغرافية أيقونية ومميزة من الأرشيف العالمي لمجلة فوغ بالتعاون مع فوغ أرابيا، بهدف تقديم تجربة الطعام الأكثر ترفاً في المدينة.

يقع فوغ كافيه الدوحة في الطابق الأول من المول، ويضم قاعة تتسع لـ 70 شخصاً بمساحة 350 متراً مربعاً، مع شرفة خارجية تستوعب 40 شخصاً وتطل على النافورة الراقصة في ساحة المول الرئيسية.
ينضم إلى فوغ كافيه الدوحة الشيف التنفيذي فريد حطاب، الذي تمتد مسيرته المهنية لـ 15 عاماً. تدرب فريد على تقنيات الطهي الإيطالية واليابانية بخبرة من لبنان ومصر وإسبانيا، وتشمل القائمة الموسمية للشيف فريد حطاب الهليون والتمبورا وكروكيت الذرة وسلطة الفواكه الاستوائية العربية وشرائح سمك السلمون المشوي بالليمون والشبث مع الخضروات المتوسطية المشوية، كما تتميز لائحة الحلويات بصحن كريم بروليه بالزعفران.
