Designated Authorities Arrest Eight Persons for Violating Home Quarantine Rules

Doha: The designated authorities arrested on Wednesday eight persons who violated the requirements of the home quarantine, they committed to following, which they are legally accountable for, in accordance with the procedures of the health authorities in the country.

The arrest of the violators came in implementation of the precautionary measures in force in the country, approved by health authorities represented in the Ministry of Public Health, to curb the spread of the COVID-19.

The violators, who are currently being referred to the designate prosecution, are:

1- Ali Mohammed Sultan Mohammed Al Khawar

2- Ali Abdul Razzaq Noman Ali Al Jaabri

3- Radwan Ahmed

4- Vishnodas Calabur Akal

5- Samer Jabr Al Sayyid Abu Libdeh

6- Farid Mohammed Hamed

7- Mohammed Hassan Eid

8- Abdul Mohsen Ali Mohammed Fetais Al Marri

The designated authorities called on citizens and residents under home quarantine to fully commit to the Ministry of Public Health’s condition, to ensure their safety and the safety of others. They added that anyone who violates the quarantine will be subject to article no. 253 of law no. 11 of 2004, provisions of law no. 17 of 1990 on communicable diseases, and law no. 17 of 2002 on protecting society.

الدوحة: قامت الجهات المختصة الأمس، بضبط 8 أشخاص خالفوا اشتراطات العزل الصحي المنزلي وفقا للتعهد الذي التزموا من خلاله بتطبيق تلك الاشتراطات المحددة من الجهات الصحية والتي تعرض مخالفيها للمساءلة القانونية وفقا لإجراءات الجهات الصحية في البلاد.

وتأتي عملية ضبط المخالفين إنفاذا للإجراءات الاحترازية المعمول بها في البلاد والتي أقرتها الجهات الصحية ممثلة في وزارة الصحة العامة والجهات المساندة لها لضمان تحقيق السلامة العامة، منعا لانتشار فيروس كورونا.

وجار إحالة المخالفين للنيابة المختصة وهم:

1- علي محمد سلطان محمد الخوار

2- علي عبدالرزاق نعمان علي الجعبري

3- رضوان أحمد

4- فيشنوداس كالابور اكال

5- سامر جبر السيد ابو لبده

6- فريد محمد حامد

7- محمد حسن عيد

8- عبدالمحسن علي محمد فطيس المري

ونود التنويه انه بتاريخ 8-2-2021 ورد خطأ اسم محمد علي حمد دجران والصواب هو محمد عبدالله حمد علي دجران.

ودعت الجهات المعنية في الدولة المواطنين والمقيمين في الحجر الصحي المنزلي إلى ضرورة الالتزام التام بالاشتراطات المحددة من وزارة الصحة العامة ضمانا لسلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين

ونبهت إلى أن كل من يخالف تلك الاشتراطات سيعرض نفسه للعقوبات المنصوص عليها وفقا لأحكام المادة (253) من قانون العقوبات رقم (11) لسنة 2004، وأحكام القانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية، والقانون رقم (17) لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية المجتمع.
