Family head return permit covers members and domestic workers

Doha: According to the Qatar Government’s “Hukoomi” website, the exceptional return permit for the head of the family residing in Qatar includes his accompanying family members, as well as domestic workers.

The hotline added in response to inquiries addressed to it by Al-Sharq Website that the head of the family who has an exceptional return permit to The State of Qatar can return his family members to Doha if he travels with them from his country to Qatar.

One airline has published the rules and conditions of travel to Qatar on its official website, noting that residents of Qatar who have exceptional return permits can return their families with them, raising questions on social media

It was announced earlier that as of November 29, 2020, residents in Qatar who wish to travel and return again can automatically obtain an exceptional entry permit to the State, so that stakeholders (recruiter and resident) will be able to print the permit from the Ministry of Interior’s website at any time, if the resident travels abroad without having to apply through The Qatar Gate. 

The quarantine system will be applied for one week only after returning from travel regardless of arrival, with the home quarantine system being applied to those coming from the green-listed countries of the Ministry of Public Health, while the hotel quarantine system will be mandatory for those coming from countries not on the green list, taking into account that people who are quarantined in shared quarantine facilities will be the same for two weeks.

الدوحة: أفاد الخط الساخن لموقع حكومة قطر الإلكترونية “حكومي” أن تصريح العودة الاستثنائي لرب الأسرة المقيم بدولة قطر يشمل أفراد أسرته المرافقين له، وكذلك العمالة المنزلية.

وأضاف الخط الساخن في رده على استفسارات وجهها له موقع الشرق الالكتروني أن رب الأسرة ممن لديه تصريح العودة الاستثنائي لدولة قطر يستطيع إعادة أفراد أسرته إلى الدوحة في حال سفره معهم من بلده إلى قطر .

وكانت إحدى شركات الطيران قد نشرت ضوابط وشروط السفر إلى قطر عبر موقعها الإلكتروني الرسمي، مشيرة إلى أنه يمكن للمقيمين بدولة قطر ممن لديهم تصاريح عودة استثنائية إعادة عائلاتهم معهم، ما أثار التساؤلات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي .

وقد أُعلن في وقت سابق أنه اعتبارًا من 29 نوفمبر 2020، يمكن للمقيمين المتواجدين في دولة قطر والراغبين في السفر والعودة مرة أخرى الحصول على تصريح الدخول الاستثنائي إلى الدولة تلقائيًا، بحيث سيتمكن أصحاب العلاقة (المستقدم والمقيم) من طباعة التصريح من الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الداخلية في أي وقت، حال سفر المقيم لخارج البلاد دون الحاجة لتقديم طلب بذلك من خلال بوابة قطر. 

وسيكون تطبيق نظام الحجر الصحي لمدة أسبوع واحد فقط بعد العودة من السفر بغض النظر عن جهة القدوم، على أن يطبق نظام الحجر المنزلي للقادمين من الدول المدرجة في القائمة الخضراء لوزارة الصحة العامة ، بينما يكون نظام الحجر الفندقي إلزاميًا للقادمين من الدول غير المدرجة في القائمة الخضراء، مع الاخذ في الاعتبار بأن الاشخاص الذين يخضعون للحجرالصحي في مرافق الحجر المشتركة ستكون كما هي لمدة أسبوعين.
