Doha: The prestigious World Soccer magazine has named Nasser Al-Khelaifi, Chairman of the beIN Media Group, the world’s leading sports and entertainment group, president of Paris Saint-Germain, the French League champion and the runner-up of the UEFA Champions League, as part of “The Most Important Personalities in the World of Football for the Year 2020 “list, and L’Équipe newspaper celebrated Al-Khelaifi in its recent list of the 30 Most Influential People in French Football. ” Nasser Al-Khelaifi is considered a prominent leader in the media and sports sector, and was also chosen by France Football as part of its list of “The 50 Most Influential People of May 2020”.

World Soccer magazine announced that Al-Khelaifi’s diligence and leadership made Paris Saint-Germain reach the Champions League final in the 2019/2020 season for the first time in their history. L’Équipe newspaper also celebrated the success of his negotiations to recruit the highly rated Argentine coach Mauricio Pochettino in order to develop the team.

L’Équipe newspaper chose Nasser Al-Khelaifi as one of the “30 most influential figures in French football” due to his presence on European and French football bodies, among other reasons.

ويعتبر ناصر الخليفي قائداً مرموقاً في قطاع الإعلام والرياضة، وقد اختاره موقع فرانس فوتبول (France Football) أيضاً ضمن قائمته لـ”أكثر 50 شخصية مؤثرة في مايو 2020″.
وذكرت مجلة وورلد سوكر (World Soccer)، في تكريم الخليفي الأخير، أنه يحتل احدى المراتب الأولى في الرياضة العالمية بسبب الامتداد الفريد لتأثيره وطموحه، حيث إنه رئيس نادي باريس سان جيرمان، ورئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة إعلامية عالمية في مجال الرياضة والترفيه، يبلغ عدد مشتركيها 55 مليون مشترك.
وأعلنت مجلة وورلد سوكر (World Soccer)، أن اجتهاد الخليفي وقيادته جعلا باريس سان جيرمان يصل إلى نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا في موسم 2019/2020 للمرة الأولى في تاريخه. كما احتفت صحيفة ليكيب (L’Equipe) بنجاح مفاوضاته لضم المدرب الأرجنتيني ذي التصنيف العالي ماوريسيو بوكيتينو من أجل تطوير الفريق.
