Doha: Despite the emergence of a new version of the new coronavirus in Britain known as Covid 20, the biggest concern was from new versions of the virus due to the problem with the effectiveness of vaccines with them.

وكشف غوبتا لوكالة فرانس برس ، إن هذه الطفرة هي الأكثر إثارة للقلق من حيث الاستجابة المناعية.
فالمتغيرات أو المتحورات هي نسخ مختلفة من فيروس كورونا المستجد الأصلي تظهر بمرور الوقت بسبب طفرات مختلفة، وهي ظاهرة طبيعية في حياة الفيروس، لأن الطفرات تحدث عندما يتكاثر.
على الصعيد الآخر تصدر لجنة الطوارئ في منظمة الصحة العالمية اليوم الجمعة توصيات بشأن ظهور نسخ متحورة أشد عدوى من فيروس كورونا المستجد، مما قد يؤدي إلى انتشار أكبر للجائحة التي تجاوز عدد وفياتها المليونين.
ودعا المدير العام للمنظمة تيدروس أدهانوم غيبريسوس الخميس أعضاء اللجنة، التي تجتمع عادة كل 3 أشهر، قبل أسبوعين من موعد اجتماعهم، للبحث في المستجدات الأخيرة على صعيد الفيروس وفي استخدام شهادات تلقيح وفحوصات للرحلات الدولية. وفقا للجزيرة نت .
وأغلقت بريطانيا حدودها أمام الوافدين من كل دول أميركا الجنوبية والبرتغال اعتبارا من الجمعة عند الرابعة بتوقيت غرينتش، بسبب نسخة متحورة رصدت في البرازيل ووصفتها منظمة الصحة العالمية بأنها “مقلقة”.
وفي ألمانيا، أكثر الدول تعدادا للسكان بالاتّحاد الأوروبي، تجاوز عدد الإصابات المليونين وفق ما أعلن معهد روبرت كوخ للمراقبة الصحية الجمعة، وقد دفعت المستشارة أنجيلا ميركل إلى تشديد “كبير” للقيود للجم انتشار الفيروس.
وعادت منظمة الصحة العالمية لتقول إن نسخة متحورة أخيرة -منشؤها منطقة الأمازون البرازيلية وأعلنت اليابان عن رصدها الأحد- قد تؤثر على المناعة.
وقبل ذلك، رصدت نسختان متحورتان بريطانية وجنوب أفريقية وهما أشد عدوى من الفيروس الأساسي وتنتشران على التوالي في ما لا يقل عن 25 دولة، في وقت يكافح العالم لمواجهة موجة جديدة من الإصابات، مع فرض حظر تجول ومباشرة حملات تلقيح، من دون أن يتمكن من لجمها.
