GCO points out documents required to enter Qatar

The Government Communications Office has launched Interactive Covid-19 Travel Measures Guide on its website, explaining the required documents and steps to be taken to facilitate access through Qatar ports.

According to the website, the Government Communications Office said that the Interactive Covid-19 Travel Measures Guide can be used to find out what procedures to follow to enter Qatar.

The guide contains the following questions:

• Are you a Qatari citizen, Qatari resident or GCC citizen with a valid QID?
• Are you fully vaccinated with one of the following MOPH-approved vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna (Spikefax), AstraZeneca (Coveshield/Oxford/Vaxepheria), Jansen/Johnson & Johnson, or Sinopharm*
• Or have you recovered from COVID-19 in Qatar or a GCC country within the past 12 months?
• Are you travelling with children 11 years old and under?
• Which country are you travelling from?

Please select all countries you have travelled to in the 10 days prior to your arrival in Qatar

And then press Send to find out the required procedures and documents.

The Government Communications Office explained that a PCR examination should be carried out to prove that the passenger is free of Covid-19 for a maximum of 72 hours from arrival in Qatar from a medical center approved by MoPH.

It noted that to facilitate check-in to Qatar, passengers can register via www.ehteraz.gov.qa platform at least 12 hours before the time of travel and download the required official documents, but explained that registration is optional on EHTERAZ platform for citizens and residents of Qatar, and is mandatory for GCC citizens.

It added: The traveler will be exempted from quarantine, if the required doses are received from one of the vaccines approved by the Ministry of Public Health and at least 14 days have passed from the second dose if the vaccine is two doses or the first and only dose if the vaccine is one dose.

Travellers with a licensed vaccine are required to submit their original vaccination certificate, which includes the following information:

• The person’s name as mentioned in his official documents.
• Date of birth 
• The date of receipt of doses according to the type of vaccine.
• The name of the vaccine.
• Vaccine operating number (optional).
• The official logo and stamp of the donor of the vaccine.

For citizens and residents who have been already infected with Covid-19, they will be exempted from quarantine within the past 12 months upon return from abroad if they do not show symptoms of the disease and the result of the PCR test is negative.

For GCC citizens and residents who have already been infected with Covid-19 and have received at least one dose of vaccines approved by the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar, they will be exempted from quarantine if a valid official certificate containing details of the previous infection is provided, provided it is issued by the local Ministry of Health in the GCC.

The Government Communications Office explained that for conditionally approved vaccines, travellers who received two doses of the Sinopharm vaccine would be subject to antibody testing on arrival, and if the result was positive, they would be exempted from quarantine requirements; if the result was negative, the passenger would have to undergo quarantine according to the state of departure classification.

For travellers arriving from the green or yellow lists, travellers are excluded from quarantine if they receive vaccine doses approved by the Ministry of Public Health and 14 days after receiving the second dose of the two-dose vaccine or receiving a single dose in the case of a single dose vaccine.

أطلق مكتب الاتصال الحكومي دليل إجراءات السفر التفاعلي الخاص بـ “كوفيد-19” على موقعه الإلكتروني، موضحاً المستندات المطلوبة والخطوات الواجب اتّباعها لتسهيل عملية الدخول عبر منافذ قطر.

وقال مكتب الاتصال الحكومي – وفق الموقع – إنه يمكن استخدام دليل إجراءات السفر التفاعلي الخاص بكوفيد – 19 لمعرفة الإجراءات التي يجب اتباعها لدخول دولة قطر

ويحتوي الدليل على الأسئلة التالية :

• هل أنت مواطن قطري، أو مقيم في دولة قطر، أو من مواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؟
• هل استكملت التطعيم بأحد اللقاحات التالية المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة: لقاح فايزر/بايونتيك (كوميرناتي)، أو لقاح موديرنا (سبايكفاكس)، أو لقاح أسترازينيكا (كوفيشيلد / أكسفورد / فاكسزيفريا)، أو لقاح جانسين / جونسون آند جونسون، أو لقاح سينافورم؟
• أو هل تعافيت من كوفيد-19 في دولة قطر أو في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال الإثني عشر شهراً الماضية؟
• هل أنت مسافر بصحبة أطفال دون 11 عاماً من العمر؟
• ما هي جهة القدوم؟

الرجاء تحديد جميع الدول التي سافرت إليها في الأيام العشرة السابقة حتى وصولك إلى دولة قطر

وأوضح مكتب الاتصال الحكومي أنه يجب إجراء فحص (PCR) يثبت خلو المسافر من كوفيد – 19 لمدة 72 ساعة كحد أقصى من الوصول لدولة قطر من مركز طبي معتمد لدى ورارة الصحة

وأشار إلى أنه لتسهيل إجراءات الدخول إلى دولة قطر، يمكن للمسافرين التسجيل عبر منصة احتراز الإلكتروية (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) قبل 12 ساعة على الأقل من موعد السفر وتحميل الوثائق الرسمية المطلوبة، إلا أنه أوضح أن التسجيل عبر منصه احتراز اختيارياً للمواطنين والمقيمين في دولة قطر، ويعتبر إلزامياً لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

وأضاف: سيتم إعفاء المسافر من الحجر الصحي، في حال تلقي الجرعات المطلوبة من إحدى اللقاحات المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة ومرور (14) يوما على الأقل من تلقي الجرعة الثانية في حال كان اللقاح ذو جرعتين أو من الجرعة الواحدة في حال كان اللقاح ذا جرعة واحدة.

ويتعين على المسافرين الحاصلين على أحد اللقاحات المرخصه تقديم شهاده التطعيم الأصلية والمتضمنة المعلومات التالية:

• اسم الشخص كما هو مذكور في وثائقه الرسمية.
• تاريخ الميلاد
• تاريخ تلقي الجرعات وفقا لنوع اللقاح.
• اسم اللقاح .
• رقم التشغيلة للقاح (اختياري).
• الشعار والختم الرسمي للجهة المانحة للقاح.

بالنسبة للمواطنين والمقيمين الذين سبق إصابتهم بكوفيد -19، فسيتم إعفاؤهم خلال الـ 12 شهراً الماضية من الحجر الصحي عند العودة من الخارج ، وذلك إذا لم تظهر عليهم أعراض المرض وكان نتيجة فحص (PCR) سلبية.

بالنسبة لمواطني ومقيمي دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الذين سبق أن أصيبوا بكوفيد – 19 وحصلوا على جرعة واحدة على الأقل من اللقاحات المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة في دولة قطر، سيتم إعفاؤهم من الحجر الصحي شريطة تقديم شهادة رسمية سارية المفعول تحتوي على تفاصيل العدوى السابقة، على أن تكون صادرة من وزارة الصحة المحلية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

وأوضح مكتب الاتصال الحكومي أنه بالنسبة للقاحات ذات الاعتماد المشروط، فسيخصع المسافرون الدين تلقوا جرعتي التطعيم للفاح سينافورم لاختبار الأجسام المضادة عند الوصول، وفي حال كا النتيجة إبجابية، سيتم إعفاؤهم من اشتراطات الحجر الصحي؛ أما في حال كانت النتيجة سلبية فيتعين على المسافر الخضوع للحجر الصحي وفقاً لتصنيف دولة المغادرة.

بالنسبة للمسافرين القادمين من القائمتين الخضراء أو الصفراء، فيسثتنى المسافرون من الحجر الصحي في حال الحصول على جرعات لقاح معتمد لدى وزارة الصحة العامة ومرور 14 يوماً بعد تلقي الجرعة الثانية من اللقاح ذي الجرعتين أو تلقي جرعة واحدة في حال اللقاح ذي الجرعة الواحدة .
