Abu Dhabi adds Qatar to Covid-19 green list

Doha: Abu Dhabi has included Qatar in their green list and people travelling from were do not have to undergo 10-day quarantine unlike travellers from countries, which are not on the list.
“Any visitors travelling from countries, regions and territories on the ‘green’ list will be exempt from quarantine requirements and can enter the destination by following a series of procedures that include COVID-19 tests,” “Visit Abu Dhabi” mentioned on their website.
The green list also includes Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia. The other countries and territories in the list are Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Macao, Mauritius, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Sao Tome and Principe, St. Kitts and Nevis, Taipei and Thailand.
Travellers to Abu Dhabi from the ‘green’ list of countries, regions and territories will be required to present a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 96 hours prior to their scheduled departure.
Upon entering the emirate, they will need to take a second test and self-isolate until the results of this test are received. With two negative results, international travellers will no longer need to quarantine for 10 days after entering Abu Dhabi. All travellers will need to take a PCR test on day six for those staying for six days or more, and on day 12 for those staying for 12 days or more.
As of now neither Qatar Airways nor any of the UAE airlines have announced any direct flights between the countries.
الدوحة: أدرجت أبو ظبي قطر في قائمتها الخضراء ، وبذلك لا يتعين على المسافرين منها الخضوع للحجر الصحي لمدة 10 أيام على عكس المسافرين من الدول غير المدرجة في القائمة.
و ذكر موقع “فيزيت أبو ظبي” أنه “سيتم إعفاء أي زوار يسافرون من البلدان والمناطق والأقاليم المدرجة في القائمة “الخضراء” من متطلبات الحجر الصحي ويمكنهم دخول الوجهة باتباع سلسلة من الإجراءات التي تشمل اختبارات كوفيد-.19″.
تشمل القائمة الخضراء أيضًا الكويت وعمان والمملكة العربية السعودية. البلدان والأقاليم الأخرى المدرجة في القائمة هي بروناي ، الصين ، هونغ كونغ ، جزيرة مان ، ماكاو ، موريشيوس ، منغوليا ، كاليدونيا الجديدة ، نيوزيلندا ، ساو تومي وبرينسيبي ، سانت كيتس ونيفيس ، تايبيه وتايلاند.
سيُطلب من المسافرين القادمين من بلدان ومناطق وأقاليم القائمة الخضراء لـ كوفيد-١٩تقديم اختبار بي سي آر سلبي صالح يتم إجراؤه في غضون 96 ساعة قبل موعد مغادرتهم المقرر.
عند دخولهم الإمارة ، سيحتاجون إلى إجراء اختبار ثانٍ والعزل الذاتي حتى تلقي نتائج هذا الاختبار. مع نتيجتين سلبيتين ، لن يحتاج المسافرون الدوليون بعد الآن إلى الحجر الصحي لمدة 10 أيام بعد دخولهم أبوظبي.
سيحتاج جميع المسافرين إلى إجراء اختبار بي سي آر في اليوم السادس لأولئك الذين يقيمون لمدة ستة أيام أو أكثر ، وفي اليوم 12 لمن يقيمون لمدة 12 يومًا أو أكثر.
وحتى الآن لم تعلن الخطوط الجوية القطرية ولا أي من شركات الطيران الإماراتية عن أي رحلات مباشرة بين البلدين.
