New scholarship opportunities for secondary school graduates

Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Civil Service and Government Development Bureau announced new scholarship opportunities for secondary school graduates from the academic year 2022-23.

The scholarships will be offered to the new graduates of secondary schools in coordination with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to pursue their higher studies in four specialisations.

The programmes for scholarships include Jurisprudence and its Principles, Qur’an and Sunnah, Faith and Advocacy, and Islamic Studies.

The candidates should be graduates from secondary schools in the academic year 2022-23 and have approval for admission in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies of Qatar University.

The candidates are required to pass an interview with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي ومكتب خدمة الموظفين وتطوير الحكومة عن فرص جديدة للمنح الدراسية لخريجي المدارس الثانوية ابتداءً من العام الدراسي 2022-23.

سيتم تقديم المنح الدراسية للخريجين الجدد من المدارس الثانوية بالتعاون مع وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية لمتابعة دراستهم العليا في أربعة تخصصات.

تشمل برامج المنح الدراسية الفقه وأصوله، والقرآن والسنة، والعقيدة والدعوة، والدراسات الإسلامية.

يجب أن يكون المرشحون خريجين من المدارس الثانوية في العام الدراسي 2022-23 وحصولهم على الموافقة للقبول في كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية في جامعة قطر.

يتوجب على المرشحين اجتياز مقابلة مع وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية.
