Steps to modify the profession in the ID card for residents electronically and free of charge

Doha: The Qatar Government Website (Hukoomi) explained that residents can now apply for an amendment to their job title on their ID card electronically, through the delegate, the relevant person, or a signatory.

According to the website, this service allows residents to apply for their job title modification on their ID card, with the necessary documents attached.

Applying online

The website explained that “electronic services and forms” are selected from the list of “services” on the website of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs, and then selecting “Employment Management”.

He added: The “request a modification of a profession” is selected, then clicking on the “request” on the service page, and then the required data is entered (the number of the establishment’s entry, the id number and the mobile number registered with the same id number).

He continued: The verification box is selected, then clicking “Submit.” followed by entering the verification code that was sent to your mobile number.

He noted the need to fill in the required data in the application form and attach the following documents:

• Copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory
• Copy of the ID card of the applicant
• Copy of the origin entry card
• Copy of the Municipal license
• Copy of the Commercial Register
• Scientific certificates certified by official authorities

The “I, the applicant acknowledge that all the above data is correct and i take responsibility if otherwise proven” box is then selected and the application is sent.

Paper-based application

To submit the application in paper, the application form is downloaded and filled out, and the following documents are attached:

• A copy of the id card of the authorized signatory and the applicant for the amendment
• A copy of the certificates certified by the official authorities in Arabic
• A copy of the property registration card, commercial register and municipal license valid
• Previous employment contract and a copy of the electricity bill
• Three copies of the new contract signed by the parties with the original seal with the signature of the authorized signature in the facility
• A salary certificate from the bank with a six-month salary statement.

Fees

The site explained that there is no fee for this service.

He pointed out that the service is available to private and joint-stock companies, and the request must be sent with the required annexes to the Ministry for conformity, audit and accreditation, and the registration of the worker’s data shall be indicative of the personal number of the worker, and the official of the establishment is fully responsible for the validity of the registered data through mandatory declaration within the digital service.

الدوحة: أوضح موقع حكومة قطر الإلكترونية (حكومي) أنه يمكن للمقيمين الآن تقديم طلب تعديل المسمى الوظيفي الخاص بهم في البطاقة الشخصية إلكترونيًا، عن طريق المندوب أو صاحب العلاقة أو أحد المفوضين بالتوقيع.

ووفق الموقع، تتيح هذه الخدمة للمقيمين تقديم طلب تعديل المسمى الوظيفي الخاص بهم في البطاقة الشخصية، مع إرفاق المستندات اللازمة.

تقديم الطلب إلكترونيًا

وأوضح الموقع أنه يتم الضغط على “الخدمات الإلكترونية والاستمارات” من قائمة “الخدمات” على موقع وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، ثم اختيار “إدارة الاستخدام”.

وأضاف : يتم اختيار خدمة “طلب تعديل مهنة”، ثم الضغط على “قدم الطلب” في صفحة الخدمة، ثم يتم إدخال البيانات المطلوبة (رقم قيد المنشأة ورقم البطاقة الشخصية ورقم الجوال المسجل بنفس رقم البطاقة الشخصية).

وتابع : يتم تحديد مربع التحقق، ثم الضغط على “Submit”.. وإدخال رمز التحقق الذي تم إرساله إلى رقم الجوال الخاص بك.

وأشار إلى ضرورة تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة في نموذج الطلب وإرفاق المستندات التالية:

• صورة البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض بالتوقيع
• صورة البطاقة الشخصية لطالب التعديل
• صورة بطاقة قيد المنشأة
• صورة رخصة البلدية
• صورة السجل التجاري
• الشهادات العلمية مصدقة من الجهات الرسمية

ثم يتم تحديد مربع ” أقر أنا مقدم الطلب بأن جميع البيانات الواردة أعلاه صحيحة وأتحمل المسؤولية في حالة ثبوت غير ذلك”، وإرسال الطلب.

التقديم الورقي

ولتقديم الطلب ورقيًا، يتم تنزيل نموذج الطلب وتعبئته، وإرفاق المستندات التالية:

• صورة من البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض بالتوقيع ولطالب التعديل
• صورة من الشهادات العلمية مصدقة من الجهات الرسمية باللغة العربية
• صورة من بطاقة قيد المنشأة والسجل التجاري ورخصة البلدية سارية المفعول
• عقد العمل السابق وصورة فاتورة الكهرباء
• ثلاث نسخ من عقد العمل الجديد موقعة من الطرفين مع الختم الأصلي مع توقيع المخول بالتوقيع في المنشأة
• شهادة راتب من البنك مع كشف حساب بالراتب لمدة ستة أشهر.

الرسوم

وأوضح الموقع أنه لا يوجد رسوم لهذه الخدمة.

وأشار إلى أن الخدمة متاحة للشركات الخاصة والمساهمة، ويجب إرسال الطلب مع المرفقات المطلوبة للوزارة للمطابقة و التدقيق والاعتماد، ويكون تسجيل بيانات العامل بدلالة الرقم الشخصي للعامل، ويتحمل مسؤول المنشأة المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة البيانات المسجلة من خلال الإقرار الإلزامي ضمن الخدمة الرقمية.
