Al-Rayyan municipality launches inspection campaign of workers’ housing in family-designated areas

Dina: The municipality of Al-Rayyan, in cooperation with “Lekhwiya” force, completed its intensive field campaigns to monitor violations of the law prohibiting the concentrations of workers in the areas of family housing, in accordance with ministerial resolution (105) for 2020 that specified the areas of housing of workers within the areas and residential neighborhoods of families in different areas of the municipality. Many of the offending properties have been cleared and the necessary legal action has been taken against the violators.

The campaign was launched a month ago, and the second phase of the campaign continues until all violations of workers’ housing within the areas of family housing are dealt with, where the inspectors of al-Rayyan municipality drew a number of reports and issued a warning to violators of the need to clear the offending property. Al-Rayyan municipality confirmed that the rest of the areas belonging to al-Rayyan and its environs will be completed according to the schedule agreed with the competent departments.

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment appealed to citizens and residents to abide by the provisions of Law No. (15) of 2010 on the restriction of workers’ housing and community gatherings within family housing areas, amended by Law No. (22) for 2019, and clearing all workers’ housings in violation of legal liability.

الدوحة: قامت بلدية الريان، بالتعاون مع قوة «لخويا»، بإكمال حملاتها الميدانية المكثفة لرصد مخالفات قانون حظر تجمعات سكن العمال في مناطق سكن العائلات، وذلك تطبيقًا للقرار الوزاري رقم (105) لسنة 2020 بتحديد مناطق سكن العمال داخل المناطق والأحياء السكنية للعائلات بمختلف المناطق التابعة للبلدية.و تم إخلاء العديد من العقارات المخالفة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاه المخالفين.

انطلقت الحملة منذ شهر، ومازالت المرحلة الثانية من الحملة مستمرة حتى الانتهاء من جميع مخالفات سكن العمال داخل مناطق سكن العائلات حيث قام مفتشو بلدية الريان بتحرير عدد من محاضر الضبط وتوجيه إنذار للمخالفين بضرورة إخلاء العقار المخالف.

وأكدت بلدية الريان أنه سيتم استكمال باقي المناطق التابعة لمدينة الريان وضواحيها على حسب الجدول المتفق عليه مع الإدارات المختصة.وناشدت وزارة البلدية والبيئة المواطنين والمقيمين الالتزام بأحكام القانون رقم (15) لسنة 2010 بشأن حصر تجمعات سكن العمال وتجمعات العمال داخل مناطق سكن العائلات والمعدل بالقانون رقم (22) لسنة 2019 وإخلاء جميع مساكن العمال المخالفة تجنبًا للمساءلة القانونية.
